Service department leaves a lot to be desired. First time I took my Wrangler in for the Express Lane Oil & Filter Change. It took 2 hours to change the oil.
I was told only that they were very busy.
Second time I had an appointment scheduled for 11 am on a Tuesday morning. I dropped the Wrangler off Monday night.
Tuesday afternoon I hadn t heard anything, so I called. Was told they were busy and they couldn t get to it that day. That s why I had an appointment.
Wednesday afternoon still hadn t heard anything. Called, again told they were busy and couldn t get to it.
Thursday, a repeat of the previous two days.
Finally on Friday I received a call that they got around to looking at my Wrangler. Would have to order parts, might be done Monday or Tuesday.
I finally told Remi forget it, I ll pick it up as is.
Took it to Rose Automotive in Hamilton. Repairs were done within their specified time frame at a third of the cost of Jake Sweeney s quoted price.
