EXEMPLARY NEW CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! I haven't purchased a vehicle in almost 17 years, so needless to say, I was a bit apprehensive about the whole car buying experience. From my very first phone call, to the day I got to drive my new Rover home, working with this dealership has been an amazing experience, actually pleasurable. Alain Germain in Sales, Scott Paul the General Manager, and Brandi McArthur in Finance, all treated me with excellent customer service. I live much closer to another Range Rover dealership, but they weren't willing to work with me, so I reached out to this dealership, which ended up being a blessing. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.

I m told Land Rover of Mission Viejo has new owners and I have to say it truly shows in every aspect of the dealership. My service issue was quickly and properly attended to by several specialists and I couldn t be happier. During my visit to the shop to drop off my vehicle I was introduced to several of the new sales team as well and I must say they were all attentive, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I ll certainly be seeing them again shortly to select my next vehicle when my lease is up.
