Name is a bit misleading, but all s well that ends well. Turns out they sell cars, not cats. Was hoping to build a pit of hungry, wild felines to intimidate my enemies. Ended up leaving with a F Pace, which is not as intimidating, but really fun to drive. Good service.

Please do yourself a favor and never buy a used car from Jaguar Land Rover Mission Viejo. I purchased a used Audi A5 from them because you would assume a large Main Brand Car dealership would be trustworthy. That is the main reason I would buy a used car from a large dealership and not from a private seller or little unknown used car dealership. It gives you piece of mind that they have done their due diligence on the vehicle they are selling you and if for some reason they missed something, they will make it right for you. That is definitely not the case with this dealership.

Within the first month of purchasing my car, I had it in their shop twice for various problems that had arisen; one of them having to do with the oil. They did fix the few things wrong with it at no cost to me and told me that there was nothing wrong with the oil. Awesome of them right? Wrong! The oil light continued to come on after leaving the dealership so, I decided to take it to an Audi Dealership to see if I could get some real answers since it was their own brand of car.

Come to find out, the entire oil pan was leaking oil from a stripped plug and needed to be completely replaced. A vacuum pump was leaking and needed to be replaced and it also had a blown motor mount that needed to be replaced. All of which is about $3400 worth of damage.

Now you tell me if in the short amount of time I owned my car (less than two months) and the less than 1500 miles I had put on it, that these problems with it were brand new and not there before I bought it. Absolutely not! They were there prior to purchase 100%.

So, I let Jaguar Land Rover know of the Audi Dealerships findings. They told me that I purchased the car As Is and that there was nothing they would do for me. I did purchase the car As Is , but with the understanding that they had done their FULL INSPECTIONS and due diligence on the condition of the car prior to selling it to me. Again, that is why I purchased from a large Main Brand dealership and for the specific reason that something like this couldn t happen to me. It really seemed like the couple managers I spoke with wanted to help me out and take care of it. However, the final answer to not do anything to help me at all came down from the General Manager, SCOTT PAUL, who couldn t even give me the decency to tell me himself when he is the one making the final decision on all this.

So, now I m stuck with a LEMON CAR from this dealership they sold me in good faith and have some very large repair bills to pay. Needless to say, do yourself a favor and NEVER do business with these people and this dealership!

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Land Rover, Range Rover or Jaguar in the Southern California area!

I had a problem with the company, Dynamic Wheel as to their living up to the requirement to have wheels treated each year in order to comply with their warranty agreement. They, Dynamic Wheel, tried to alter the one year old agreement. I called the finance department at MV Jaguar and spoke to Sheri. (Wonderful professional person ) and asked her that I am requesting to cancel agreement. She did all that she could do to help fill my request, but Dynamic Wheel would not comply with my request. I received a call from General Manager, Scott Paul stating he would look into my request. After many phone calls and e-mails, I was getting no where as he also was being snowed by the owner of Dynamic Wheel . I called Scott again and said I would like to meet with you to be sure you understand why I am requesting cancellation of warranty agreement and my asking for a pro rata refund for the 4 years remaining of the agreement.
I met with Scott and he said I now see why you are requesting cancellation and request for prorated refund. Scott said he would get back to me in a day or two. That he did and said in order to keep a good relationship with our customers, you will be receiving a check in the mail. I must say big thanks to Scott Paul for taking the bull by the horns and bringing closure to this situation.

I took my car in and the service person made me feel stupid and took me to my car to have me show him what I was speaking about. The problem is the mirrors don't unfold all the time and I can't pick when they will do it. I also had them look at my speakers since they were making a fuzzy noise, now all my doors rattle when the radio is on. All around took a week for them to call saying my car was ready worst customer service ever.

My 2017 F type was coming to the end of its lease and I was looking to replace it with a 2020 model. I saw an amazing lease offer from this dealer on 3 fully loaded 2020 P300 F types that they had in stock. Their offer was far better than any of my local dealers or the manufacturer's current offers. I left an inquiry online and was contacted by Maria who set up an appointment for me to see all 3 cars. Maria was great to work with. The cars were ready for me to test when I arrived. I felt no sales pressure. Maria did not try to upsell to a car that wasn't included in the offer or try to sell me overpriced add-ons like some other dealers do. From arrival to leaving with my new car was less than 3 hours. I left feeling I had gotten a great deal from a very professional dealership. I would definitely recommend them.

After searching for a perfect car for my wife, I decided on the Ftype convertible. Mission Viejo had the exact one we wanted. Over the phone, the deal was completed, and I requested delivery and a bow as this was a birthday present.

Mission Viejo pulled it off. The car was delivered with a bow, all finance docs were inorder and has discussed, and our Salesman Daniel was a total gentleman. The whole deal was completed with no visit to the dealership.

On delivery, Daniel took the time to show my wife all the features of our new car, was patient and a pleasure to deal with.

I would highly recommend this dealership for your Jaguar needs.

Similar to another review, we went in today and asked to test drive the F Pace. The receptionist asked Alex to assist us. Worst salesman ever! Barely said anything on the test drive as he was busy texting on his phone. Didn t tell us anything about the features of the car. When we got back to the dealership and we asked about leasing the first thing he wanted to know was if we were buying today. We would have considered it but he never gave us a price. He left us sitting at his cubicle and never bothered to come back after 10 minutes. He really lost a sale for jaguar today. We were super excited after attending a big jaguar corporate event in Santa Monica last weekend and had the opportunity to drive some cars and chat with their excellent staff there. Due to his lack of interest and failure to provide any type of pricing, we drove to the Infiniti dealer a block away and will be purchasing a car from them. The new sales rep who had been working there a week provided so much information and way better customer service.

Very impressed with how hard these gentlemen work in order to find you the car of your dreams. Although we live in Santa Monica we opted to make the long drive several times and believe we made the best choice. The car we ended up with is lovely but it's important to check and double check terminology. Only disappointment remains that Jaguar/Land Rover do not make tech savvy cars, If that is not an issue then you will be quite pleased. We appreciate Heath and Jonothan burning the midnight oil for us.

Walked out on the lot for another 10 minutes of browsing, no help arrived.
Walked off, went to Audi dealer down the road, now that was the kind of service you expect to get when looking at a $60K+ car.

My husband was just at the dealership. He parked and looked at models for 15 minutes. Not one person approached him. He said he saw a women at a desk and several men on the Jaguar side. He ended up walking away, questions unanswered. We worry if this is the initial service how would any service be handled. Disappointing because we were interested in a Land Rover. We have been going to this dealer ship for over nearly a decade. The service used to be so bad that I actually had to complain to Land Rover once. Fast forward to June 2016 and let me just say that the service department has made a complete 180 turnabout. Matt our advisor was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a such a difference experience from years past and I m happy to say that their service is now finally on par with how a marquee luxury brand should operate and treat their all of their customers. When we purchased our 2017 F Type Jag a few months ago, the sales manager shook hands with me and we had agreed to a specific price on a specific car they had SITTING in their show room. He wanted my license and proof of insurance so my wife and I left to drive home and get those items plus our check book. Sales manager called me about 15 minutes later and said the car would be more expensive (about $10k more if I remember correctly) and he had made a mistake and would not honor the price we had agreed to! He then asked me "if I had GOTTEN ANYTHING IN WRITING" when we shook hands and agreed to the price on the car? OMG I was pissed that he said that. What type of integrity did he have? NONE FOR SURE!

HE DEMONSTRATED EVERYTHING BAD ABOUT CAR DEALERS. I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO TELL ENOUGH PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY AND BUY ELSEWHERE.

IN MY PERSONAL OPINION THIS STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED BY JAJUAR because the sales staff is simply dishonest. They lost one sale from my neighbor after treating us badly. After more than an hour of angry discussions the sales manager finally agreed and sold us the car at the original price. Every time we drive tj e car my wife and I remember the hassle of buying it and we will probably sell it very soon because we hate remembering the purchase hassle every time we drive it.

I had already put down a deposit to purchase one of the 2016 Volvo XC90 Limited First Edition ... yes, one of 1927 built. It was to be delivered at the end of May. Then I had to visit Land Rover Mission Viejo!!!! Big mistake!!!! but in a POSITIVE way. I ended up driving away the new Range Rover Sport HSE ... White with Black Top! The car may be much simple inside and out but it has luxury written all over it. And to put the icing on the cake, Yui, the salesperson, was very kind (didn't feel like a typical salesperson) and stayed with me throughout the entire process from when I walked in until almost 10 at night to make the car purchasing experience very pleasant. He was honest and really pulled through for me in many ways. And not to mention numerous texts and emails to ensure my satisfaction with the vehicle. I don't think I would be purchasing another Land Rover anytime soon, but I would definitely recommend the dealer and the group of nice professionals there at Land Rover Mission Viejo to all my friends and family. Attempting to purchase one of the vehicles they were advertising online, we made an inquiry.
A salesman named Jonathan Holloway contacted us and provided the information we needed. After that, he was MIA. Our many voicemails left for him went unanswered.

Have almost zero parking for customers. Had to park in the service driveway. The location is packed to the gills with cars. It's cramped and difficult to get into and out of the place.

Sales associate did a typical job selling us a car. Promised us stuff but forgot about everything once we'd signed on the dotted line.

Their finance guy, Adam was pretty good. But "forgot?" to include 5 day payoff period on contract. Don't know if it was honest mistake or intentional, and that's the stuff I hate to think about other people. Was I getting decent service or just "used car salesman" treatment in a fancy showroom? I don't know, and that's what bothers me. They look upscale, but are they just iron-horse traders in a fancy barn?

The greasy used car tactics is the last thing I expected from from a Jaguar and Land Rover dealership! I purchased a 2015 ML 350 from this dealership about 2.5 months ago. I ASKED them what condition the brakes were in, they told me that the brakes were practically brand new. Assuming that I wouldn't have to replace them anytime soon, I purchased the car. About 2 months after purchasing the car and the "brake pad" sign came on. I was surprised! I took the car in. They told me I have to replace the brakes. I spoke to the sales manager Heath, he said that there is nothing they will do and I would have to pay for the brakes myself. As I was trying to explain the situation he continuously cut me off and eventually hung up the phone. They lied about the condition of the brakes and they will NOT do the right thing and take responsibility. Shame on these guys!

Dropped car off on Saturday to change battery and a tire. Took 2 days for them to get the car in. They noticed a check engine light which we never had seen prior. They diagnosed it as a faulty gas cap which the service advisor had indicated was a known issue. They didn t order tire till after 4 days so had to wait another day. Finally picked it up over a week later and tried to fraudulently charge me $300 extra because they had to hook it up to a diagnostic machine. So over $1300 to change battery and tire and took a week. I told them the $300 was pure fraud so he took it off the bill. Very shady and slippery where they try and fraudulently charge you for a known issue caused by their faulty gas cap. Very disappointed in their service and integrity. Would not recommend this service provider at all.

Then I was hit with a added cost that was not explained to me before taking possession of the rental. I have rented from enterprise before at other locations and have had a great experience. From the time that I expressed interest via the web to the time I was handed the keys, Land Rover Mission Viejo was attentive and meticulous to every detail. Once my wife and I arrived on scene, Shannon Gibson made us feel very comfortable. Her customer service was excellent. She explained all of the features of the car we were interested in, and took her time to go into great detail. We never felt rushed and Shannon ensured all of our questions were answered. Back door latch failed unexpectedly, causing the door to swing open while driving. Since I couldn t wait for a scheduled appointment. I had called 2 different dealerships in Orange County, one had a walk-in wait of minimum one week, while the other one, service advisor told me 2-3 weeks !!
I called this dealership and got Linda as my car advisor. She was AMAZING! She was able to get my car seen that same day. She handled everything with such great intent to resolve and professionalism. She kept me updated daily and was very thorough and detailed. I would say this was the best customer service I ve ever received while having my car serviced. (Including having other high line cars prior)

I had to go back into the dealership resign paperwork because there was a seven cent difference. I ended up getting my first lease payment notice it was 3 day after the due date which meant I was late paying. I would avoid this dealership at all cost

From the moment I reached out via email, a sales rep. (Maria) reached out and patiently answered my countless questions, sent me detailed information and options on the cars I was considering, followed up in a very timely matter, and most of all helped create the perfect deal happen. In person, the showroom was modern and welcoming, the staff treated us as family. It never once felt like a burden to visit the showroom. BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a 2015 CPO Range Rover SC from Jaguar Land Rover Mission Viejo, a subsidiary of Pendragon North America, in June 2017 and paid the seller to deliver the vehicle in an enclosed vehicle carrier. When it arrived, it was covered in dirt, had numerous scratches which weren't present at purchase, and had damage to the rear bumper. The delivery driver said he had stayed overnight in Las Vegas and had his girlfriend with him who was in my vehicle when I met him to take delivery. I asked how the vehicle got so dirty in an enclosed trailer and he said it was really windy in the desert (this should not matter in an enclosed carrier). The driver said he had not made any deliveries prior to delivering my vehicle. When I sent pictures of the condition and damages to the dealer, along with an estimate for repairs in the amount of $3,175.60, the dealer's GM said he would not pay for repairs and would only pay for a detail service. I attempted to explain the dealership's agency liability for the acts of its vendors, i.e. the delivery driver, but they have refused to pay for any repairs. I finally filed for arbitration per the sales agreement requirements and the dealership and they are refusing to abide by the terms of the agreement. See attached letter from the American Arbitration Association for details. In short, their word means nothing, and they have proven their intention not to honor their contractual obligations.

If you like your car, definitely don't have it serviced here. No point in paying for factory trained mechanics if they aren't going to tell you when basic systems aren't working. They knew things weren't working in my car and just covered it up hoping I would never figure it out.

My last experience was by far the worst though...After dealing with finger pointing between the Dealership and Land Rover for over 8 weeks they called me to find out when I would pick up my car. I left work and went over to the dealership to pay the bill and arrange for towing services. (Yes, my 18 month old car has to be towed everywhere.) I was told, I could pay the bill, but they couldn't give me the final invoice because "their technician needed to finish updating his notes." First, you called me to pick it up; Second, what could you possibly remember about my car 8 weeks after doing the diagnostics; Third, why would my copy be any different than the one you already provided to the state a week earlier. Shady????

Whoever is running the dealership needs to wake up as it is absolute chaos every time you go in and literally customers are always being ignored. I literally had to back out of the parking lot one night because there were so many cars in the service bay and lot that no one could move.

If you say you are going to compensate someone for a rental car bill and you can't service the car in the time frame you quoted, that bill should be on you not the customer. That's what sets you apart as a luxury car brand.

Regardless of the situation if someone spends more than $200 on their car at your dealership, don't return their car to them filthy dirty. It says you don't care about anything and they will share that experience with everyone.

It takes a lot for me to be this vocal after a bad experience, but I gave them numerous opportunities to make things right and they only made a bad situation worse.

This company sales lemons and will say anything to just get the used cars off there lot...liars, scammers, and theives. Before delivering the vehicle to me for purchase the check engine light came on, they took car in the back and returned saying there wasn't anything wrong with the vehicle. I had to return several times for the same problem. Eventually I was told don't come back they don't work on Porsche. Take the vehicle to someone else. But mind you at purchase Tim instructed me to just bring the vehicle back to them if I had any problems.
Upon following the instructions reluctantly because I didn't feel it was my financial obligation to do so. I was informed by the mechanic that this vehicle had issues when the light first came on and the dealership should have been honest with me.
Mind you I asked numerous times to make sure they where to be responsible for any mechanical problems if the light continued to come on.
I also asked if the car had been in any accidents and once again i was told definitely not. Which was another lie I just found out today.
I should have taken my first clue when I was being discriminated by one of the salesmen.
I am a women feeling like I have been taken Advantage of at the highest level from a car dealership. The feeling of discrimination and user is not a good feeling that any human should have to feel when you put your trust in this car dealership.
At this point I want justice. I want what I rightfully deserved from the beginning. Honesty!!!!!!
What ever happened to True Honest Customer Service!!???

Had a great experience leasing a new Range Rover Sport here. Amenities were nice, was greeted immediately, sales and leasing were no pressure and easy to deal with. Walked away with the car and deal I wanted so I'd have to say I'm happy.

My Range Rover Evoque has 53K miles on it and the engine was fluttering so took it to the dealership to fix it. They diagnosed it as an issue with the Turbo. They fixed the turbo then they called me and said that when they test drove the car the check engine light came on and now the engine has low compression and has to be replaced which cost $13K. (My car is out of warranty).

I have a suspicion that the the dealership's service department did something that messed up my engine and it was fine when I took it in. I requested the dealership to share the diagnostic codes with me (which should have shown issues with engine before they even replaced the turbo). But the dealership is telling me they don't keep a log of the codes (which sound suspicious to me).

I have had every single service appointment on my car at dealership and it has such a low mileage so would be very unlikely for an engine to blow without somebody making a mistake (such as when repairing the Turbo, or test-driving the car without enough oil...)?
So either my car is a lemon or the dealership's service department is shady.

Update: The General Manager stated they would repair my vehicle at their cost (in addition to what Land Rover is contributing). Which I appreciate. Once my car is repaired, I'll revise my review.

We had purchased a Range Rover from this dealership. I ll try to make this short as there was a lot going on to our purchase. We were approved for a car loan with the payments and car description we wanted before we went to the dealership. Once we were at the dealership, the car presented was not what we wanted and was told that they didn t even have one on their lot.

They had found the one we wanted for us, so we showed up at the dealership, spent most of the afternoon doing paperwork, and right when we were getting ready to leave, we were told the bank pulled out. Management pulled together quickly to help us find another bank. Due to it being late evening Friday night, there wasn t much success, so we waited another day. The team here helped us find another bank with a lower rate/lower payment. Obviously it s not their fault the bank pulled out as the bank did not review our statements thoroughly, but the Land Rover team definitely took care of us after the fact. It was quite a process, but at the end of all, we have the car we wanted. Thank you to Grant, Scott, Heath, Bryan and everyone there at Land Rover Mission Viejo.

I bought used C350 Coupe MB 2014 from this dealership. a month ago. The paint looked perfect when I bought it. I washed and conditioned the car for 1st time and I noticed lots of paint chips on the hood that was fixed temporarily by this dealer to sale the car. Now I am own a car with all these paint chips on the hood make me really feel very disappointed.
I contact them to explain what happened and if they help fixing these paint chips on my own expense. They replied that the would not and I should go and look at craigslist for a cheap fix.
I would never do any business with this dealership. I wanted anybody who is attempting to deal and buy a used car from this dealership to be careful and think again.

Bought a CPO 2011 XJL. I was told it would be ready to go, "like new" upon my arrival. It was presented to me "like filthy" instead. I mean... freaking disgustingly dirty in a way that takes EFFORT to acheive, and a LOT of effort to undo. The headliner was hanging from the front sunroof (there are two in that car) and not one person had noticed, which was no surprise as it had not been prepped for me.
Get the car on the road and it goes into limp mode within 10 miles of the dealership. I call Jaguar to have it towed and I'm told that my car (according to VIN) does NOT have any warranty, despite the paperwork saying as much, sitting in my hand that very moment. Long story short, I limped it back to them and had to stay in a hotel for three nights to have it made roadworthy enough for my drive back to SF. It made the trip, but barely. And now, I have been told by another franchise dealer that the car is in need of roughly $3,000 in repairs to make it driveable once again. The dealership in question has blocked my email and phone # and refuses to return my calls. If I were not the gentleman I am, I would, as Al Pacino so eloquently put it "take a FLAMETHROWER to (that) place" and consider it a public service. Buying from them is just asking for a big fat headache. Factory warranty or not. This car represents my sixth Land Rover / Jaguar product in the span of the last six year (pretty easy math). I have bought each and every one from a franchise dealer either with factory warranty or with factory warranty and CPO certification. In other words, I didn't simply buy a bunch of used old jags from "Sam's Car Lot" for $5,000 a pop. I paid retail price, directly to J/LR for both the purchasing and the servicing of all these cars. I represent a pretty good source of income for Rattan Tata given that track record, and would think that he would want to maintain such a lucrative projectory for many years to come. Apparently not.

Scott handled my car- I was panicking as gasoline went everywhere due to a fuel line break, but he kept me calm, reassured me and handled everything. He kept me updated, car was done promptly and everyone was very kind. I ll never leave Land Rover Mission Viejo! See you in February for my new Range Rover Sport!

Terrible and incompetent service department. Service department either does not know the definition of the word service, simply does not care, or both. My FPace has been with them for OVER 1 MONTH with no timeframe for when I will get it back. Every single day I have to reach out to them for an update- they haven t once proactively done their job of letting me know if and when I should plan to get it back. They rarely answer the phone - especially direct lines. Miserable experience dealing with them has tarnished the brand they represent. Sad and inexcusable.

I'm writing this review for people like me who check reviews to see if there is any red flags before you go visit a dealership. Here I am waving a big red flag telling you not to go here go anywhere else. From beginning to end this has by far been my worst experience with any dealership ever, and I really do mean from the very beginning. I pretty much had to sell myself the car. I had an appointment for like 4 get a call at 11 to let me know that they close at 2, they couldn't even get an appointment right. I rush down there since I wanted the car and get told that the sales guy is busy to wait. After 30 min I go back up and again he's busy wait, another 30 minutes hes still busy wait. I told the lady I don't care who helps me doesn't have to be him just any body. Another 30 min nothing check again they tell me then another 30 min and nothing and I see people getting helped so I start thinking it's because of the way I look that they aren't helping me. I mean I know I wasn't dressed the greatest but I was rushed over since I wasn't expecting to be there till 4. When have you ever went to a car dealership and not been helped usually they are like vultures. Finally I just get tired and some guys walking by and I have to ask him, hey what do you do he tells me he's a sales guy I say I have money i'm trying to buy a car can you just sell it to me so I can leave. He agrees and has the easiest sale of his life just point at car I want lets start paper work I want to leave. Well now I'm thinking god was trying to save me from dealing with this horrible horrible place. I buy car and was assured that it's went through all kinds of inspections and its a great car, yet a week after buying it check engine light is on. No big deal it's under warranty I take it in and they tell me it's a maintenance issue its general upkeep its not covered under warranty. If its been through all these inspections why wouldn't they of maintained it how is that my responsibility, like the first month in. After arguing with them I just get frustrated and pay for it. Then my car is leaking water, after that my car sensor doesn't work, after that fuel injectors don't work, after that coolant tank is busted, and every time I take it in even though car is under warranty they find something to charge me for. I've had my car towed to this cesspool of a place like 4 times in less than 2 years. I took it today after making an appointment to verify it's still under warranty I show up and guy tells me its not under warranty that the person that told me must have been looking at a different page. I'm used to paying so I tell him just fix it and the guy asks if I'm sure that it could be so many different things. I tell him its just a coolant sensor and he tells me it could be that supercharger or the water pump it can cost 1500 or 2000 or possibly 3000 and to just look to see what it is would cost me 200. I couldn't believe it so I tell him when did my warranty expire 10 days ago are you serious after all the nonsense you guys put me through they can't even help a customer out because of 10 days. I just can't believe how horrible this place is and how bad they treat there customers these aren't cheap cars. I bought a Honda a while ago and the level of service and customer care is night and day. If I save one person from visiting this hell hole I'll be happy please I beg of you if you read this. Avoid this place at all costs.

Quick update - After a week, they agreed to cancel the original purchase agreement. Pleased with the outcome and disappointed it took so much kicking and screaming (and negative reviews and contacting Land Rover North America) to get the action we requested from the beginning.

Horrible experience and even worse is how the dealer is handling the problems - not a place I would ever do business with again and I want to encourage others to buy a car from a different dealer to avoid what I'm going through when problems arise after the sale because Mission Viejo location does not resolve issues satisfactorily.
I bought a brand new 2016 Range Rover sport on March 3 and on Mach 5 (only 2 days later) the car transmission went out completely at only 125 miles and left my family stranded in San Diego. It was a complete breakdown in the middle of an intersection and service dept and towing company have both suggested the entire transmission (and more) will need to be replaced. Really? A brand new $80k car that is 2 days old with 125 miles?
Here's the rub... We asked for an immediate exchange of a similar car (they had one on the lot for same sticker price we test drove 2 days prior) - and they said no! They also refused to cancel our purchase contract and allow us to start over. All they want to do is fix the car - which could take weeks, and then give it back to me. I don't want this unsafe, lemon car - especially after it endangered my family with a sudden and catastrophic breakdown.
We had to beg the dealership for a loaner car. At first they offered a jaguar sedan - in exchange for a Range Rover SUV! C'mon. Even worse - once we demanded a SUV "of like value," they offered a Ford Explorer which is even more ridiculous a couple days after we spent so much on the RR sport that now needs a new transmission at 125 miles. After several escalations through management, we finally got a loaner that is a Range Rover but it is several years old and it came off there user car lot - So frustrating and such a slap in the face.
Anyways, the point of the story is that things do go wrong but true colors of a business really show when that happens and the color this company has shown towards us is very dark and ugly.
The right thing to do was exchange the car for the other similar vehicle or cancel the contract. Instead, we are now in limbo while they try to figure out what is happening with the car and we are making payments on a luxury vehicle we do not have in our possession and the car we are making payments on has major manufacturing defects.
Worth noting, I ended up in the hospital the day after we bought the car for a heart problem and the dealership was well aware of the situation. One would think maybe the dealership would choose to make things right considering my medical condition and the fact they inadvertently sold me a lemon the day prior - and maybe, just maybe they would have gone the extra mile to just make things easy, but they didn't.
Instead, I have been laying in a hospital bed hearing about all of this going on while my husband is left dealing with the dealership. We have been dealing with service and sales managers and even the owner or general manager hasn't had the courtesy of calling and offering a reasonable resolution or apology.
Maybe this review will get their attention and they will realize we are serious about spreading the word about We will be spreading the word about our experience to the BBB, Edmund's and California new motor vehicle board. We have also filed a formal complaint with Jaguar North America (owns Land Rover) and we are optimistic they will step in and amicably resolve. It's just a shame it's taken involving them to get he local dealership to do something reasonable. It should not have escalated to that level. Very poor management in mission viejo - profits are more important than the customer. At all costs. Please, buy your car elsewhere. So many better choices out there that will deal with issues promptly and fairly if/when they arise.
