Excellent experience even though they are under co...

Excellent experience even though they are under construction. Heath Friedman and Jonathan really took care of me. Traded in an f-type for a 2019 F-pace. Never had to haggle on payment. They stayed in my budget and slightly below. Would recommend this location for your next sweet ride ;)

(I did not buy a car here) We were shopping around for a used car, having already been approved through our credit union we were calling dealers around getting prices on the ones we were interested in. Now a days, driving from shop to shop is really not that convenient. Especially when you don't know if they even have the type of car you want. So most of the dealerships we were calling were the ones that had that specific car listed on their site. We had to stay under or around what we had been approved for so we would ask dealerships straight out how much is the car out the door including taxes and fees. MOST of the dealerships we would call would say something like "you need to come in so we can tell you the price" or They would give us a price and when we would ask them to break down what was being charged they would refuse and ultimately tell us we would need to come down. When I called Jaguar of Mission Viejo (they had a nice pre-owned honda civic exl, I wish i was buying a jaguar lol) I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and upfront they were. I spoke to Brian Cameron and when I told him what I was looking for he delivered. He gave me a price out the door and broke down exactly what was being charged. He was one of the few sales reps that treated us with respect and didn't just shrug us off. I think that some dealerships don't want to deal with customers that already come in with loans because I know they make their money off the finance. Whatever their reasons are. You will not have that problem here. Ultimately, we ended up buying a car somewhere else. My wife wouldn't budge on a white civic and the one they had their was gray. Nevertheless, thank you Brian. and if I ever make enough to afford a Jaguar or Land Rover you will be our guy. :)

Jaguar Mission Viejo deserves "10 Stars* for the way they treat their clientele. I am proud to be a client. I recently was in the market for a new Range Rover. I had the opportunity to work with the Sales Manager Brian Smith, and Sales Associate Brian Cameron. This is the A-team by far. From the time I first connected with both Brian's, to the time I had fully negotiated my new-car package, it took less than 45 minutes. I was treated extremely well throughout the entire process, and their dilligence and professionalism left a lasting impression that I will soon not forget. Thank you Jaguar Mission Viejo, and see you soon; wifey needs a new Range Rover in the coming months.

Lying, dishonest people. I had been watching this used LR4 they have had for over a month. After sitting in their lot for over a month, if not longer, they jacked the price on the car by $4,000. I called and asked them WHY all the sudden they increased the price of the car over the weekend. The dude, Jeff I believe his name was after getting a call from Julie Miller, just lied to me left and right about the price of the car and couldn't really explain to me WHY they increased the price and just keep feeding me bunch of BS, dishonest, and lies. SHAME on YOU, Land Rover of Mission Viejo. Shame On You.

Land Rover of Mission Viejo, you are lying to me again. According to your own copy of carfax, that car became CPO on Aug 25, 2017, not this past weekend. WOW....what a shame? Why do you keep lying? Is the management informed of this??
I was interested in purchasing this vehicle as you have had since June 28, according to your own carfax report. You kept dropping the price on this car, in fact as early as few weeks ago, but all the sudden you increased it by $4,000. WHY? Again, the car has been CPO since 8/25/2017, not this past weekend? Honestly, you really don't have to answer me, but look at all these bad reviews you folks are receiving. What a shame!!
FYI, I bought my current LR3 from Anaheim Hills Land Rover and they were million times more honest than you folks. Unfortunately, they don't have any LRs now.

My experience was not good. I traveled from LA to Mission Viejo to purchase my car. It took them so long to do the paperwork (3 hours) I was late and had to leave and couldn't finish the papers or take the car. When we finally finished the deal and I took delivery of the car the electrical didn't work and the dealer never completed the body work on the car they had promised they would. When I asked for follow through on this issue my sales person alternated between insulting and patronizing. They did finally agree to do some of the body work but not all of it..which was nuts. Why would you do half a job and expect a happy customer. Sorry MV. Jag you failed me.

Thank goodness Jaguar customer service stepped in and helped defray some of the cost that I had to cover .thank you.

and I will say that I am driving a beautiful pre-owned vehicle. (despite its accident record) It seems to drive well.

Jaguar's are stylish and elegant and I have no regrets with my purchase despite the process.

Both times it has been a great experience.
The ladies at the front greet everyone pleasantly and seek to help .
I ve worked with Robert Shepherd twice. He s knowledgeable and very good at explaining the different options available. I never felt rushed. He helped make the whole purchase so easy for me.
The finance person was also very professional and equipped to make the paperwork a breeze.

Most of all. I love Range Rovers. Great cars. Luxury car that fits my life style ! My borzoi fits on the back.
I can carry two big hounds without a problem.

I recently brought my car in for the 50,000 mile check up. It had 48+. I pay $2000 to have the car checked out. Couple weeks later my car overheated and burned to the ground. I almost lost my life somebody drag me out of the car just in time. I have all the information I will be coming in to get a refund. I have pictures my receipt and the insurance Pay off. Do I need to an appointment for this?

Awesome experience...I had to come in unexpectedly (dead/dying battery)...they were completely overloaded with work/cars...Scott (service advisor) saw the panic in me and called the various technicians to see if anyone could fit me in. Earlier this month, I got a new 2013 Evoque from this dealership and within days I had to bring it to their repair facility for engine problem. The car has now been consistently back in their repair facility for the same problem. The engine problem causes the car to stall creating a great risk of rear-end collision for me. Given the problem, the fact that the car has less than 1000 miles and was purchased 3 weeks ago, I asked the management to take this "lemon" car back and replace it with another Evoque. The management has refused to replace the car after giving me a run around and lies for one week. I will now have to get an attorney to fight them. I will never buy a car from this dealership again and I recommend against anyone else buying a car from them either. They promise great customer care when you are purchasing a car, but once they have your money, the lies unravel.

I am giving a one star for this dealership and have no option to ask the corporate to step in. The F-type S was purchase on July 21.2018 at Mission Viejo with the sales person named Chris Olivieri. He is also my contact in receiving service of paint correction of the front bumper and the front missing plate holder send to me after the sales. After multiple attempts and 2 months of waiting, I had no luck in receiving both services. The fact that the communication being unresponsive and his uninitiation of taking this matter after waited 2 months made me think Jaguar as a car company don t care about their branding and reputation. I did not think buying a certified vehicle at this dealership will result in this kind of service. I am very dissatisfied on how they handle their business. I will try to continue in contacting the corporate and hope to get an answer soon. Meanwhile I suggest anyone to shop for a jaguar dealership that care about their reputation in customer service before make a purchase here.

Probably the best car experience of my life. (And I ve been around the block a few times!) No pressure sales tactics at all. None. It was a very professional experience. Robert Shepherd was completely knowledgeable about the vehicle, and whether we moved to the next step in the process was completely up to me. He really was impressive. And the first offer for my trade in was right on the mark. I did my homework but I didn t really have to use it. The sales manager Was equally as professional and courteous. I got there so exited to buy a brand new car specially a range rover come on is a really expensive car and of course I expected a lot from a luxury dealership so i got there hard to find a parking then when i did i was expecting a salesman to come to me right away well i was there for about 20 minutes checking the cars no one came or care for me until i said something to the receptionist she even ignore me when i got in I thought she thought i was a car washer for the dealership im sorry i have to play the race car but thats what i felt no offense to anyone so when finally someone came the salesman was nice show me the car i was looking for answer all my questions and i was ready to make a deal well when they run my credit they said I was not a prove (my fico score is 769 i checked) i ask why ? They said well it shows you haven t finance a car before so they denied you for that so i ask my salesperson to talk to the manager-that i well put a 20 percent down he left I waited and waited i when to look for him well my salesman got another customer and when out for a test drive with another customer with out telling me so i when to talk to the manager I explained was was happening he toll me he doesn t know anything about it and nothing he could do about it i was so mad so i just left

By the way i apply with my credit union i was approve for the loan with a 2.24% so im ready to go shopping again for my new range rover and trust me is no going to be at Mission Viejo jaguar land rover stay away from there

I was quite pleased with my experience here! I showed up late after work on a Friday to look at a Jeep I had been eyeballing and Jonathan Halliday helped me out. Took me on a test drive that night and I loved it so much I left with it the next day. I was so impressed with his level of service, kindness and his genuine attitude. You don't encounter that much when dealing with car buying. If you go in there- ask for him. You will not regret it. I am very happy with my purchase!

To purchase what we thought was a brand new vehicle..... only to have to return it the next day..... and it s still in your service department.... for over THREE (3) weeks with no ETA on when it will be available??? Funny..... just heard on the radio coming into work today..... the Jaguar/Land Rover is laying off thousands or workers in England!!!! No wonder..... the reputation of reliability with Land Rover over the years has been poor at best! And no wonder Jaguar has the best manufacturers warranty in the market..... because they have too!!! After reading their miserable reviews I reluctantly when here as this dealership had the exact model I wanted (Evoque Prestige). If you need to go to this dealership don't bother asking them any questions as everything they say will be lies - and I mean everything! They where lying about things even when there was no reason to lie (I was just trying to determine their honesty). Don't expect them to treat you very well. If they promise to preform anything, even if it is writing they will not do it. And finally don't purchase anything they offer as add-ons like paint protectant, rim warranty and rubbish like that (apart from a warranty if needed as Land Rovers are know for expensive and extensive repairs) - still a great car though.

Beginning of the year I purchased a used LR4, after serious consideration we decided to make the purchase, but what swayed us the most was that it was with an extended warranty...engine only. When It got down to doing the paper work, the extended warranty was not in paper work and it was told to us by dealer that it did not have an extended warranty, nor was there one on the window displayed, as such. My husband and I, along with even our children said it was on there. After a bit, the warranty offer was honored.
A few months later the hatch latch breaks, I took it to service department with an appt. I got a rental car that was covered for 24 hours. When following up on my vehicle, it was almost end of day, they hadn't even looked at it. I was told I would only have rental for free for 24 hours! The next day when trying to reach the guy handling it all, didn't even respond to any of my calls and I have no car and am now stuck with rental and am responsible for cost! Later he states his phone wasn't working, really.
Finally a call comes in and they inform me whats wrong with hatch and also that I have a leak in my coolant...odd, why were they even in my engine?! My engine light was now suddenly lit up and display showing Coolant Low in red! I mention my warranty, first they state there is no warranty that they can find, after hours they said they found it but it only covers engine and the coolant is not part of the engine....are you kidding me?! I am now in need of a quality service department with some integrity to now repair my coolant issue. It was only a few months after purchase that I already needed major repair, I know the risk of a used car but I was given false insurance that warranty would cover anything with engine!
I would not send my worse enemy to this place for the purchase of a vehicle and especially for the service department.

My boyfriend has been searching for a used car for awhile, and he decided upon the BMW 435. We live in Houston, but he expanded his search nationwide. He found his vehicle of choice in California, and decided to get in contact with Jaguar Land Rover.

First off, they were unable to transfer the car because they had all these strange loops and hurdles you had to jump through, across, and over. Basically we were required to fly over there, and drive the car back to Texas (about a 24 hour trip) because we had to be there in person to sign papers and such.

We made an appointment to be there at 11 a.m., booked our flights, and made sure to be there in person on time.

Once we got to the dealership, the process to buy the vehicle was sort of painful, and took about 3 hours. We fully expected the vehicle to be gassed and cleaned by the time we arrived. The car wasn't detailed that well (crumbs in the car), they took awhile to bring the car around, and the "walk through" before we drove out wasn't that informative. Granted, this isn't a BMW dealership so we understand the salesmen may not be 100% knowledgeable on the ins and outs of the vehicle. Still, there were a lot of "Hmm, I'm not sure about that" or "I have to go ask and find out", which delayed the process even more.

A lot of the questions we asked were things I ended up Googling to find the answer because nobody knew it. But I mean... I think if you're about to sell a vehicle, you can do at least 15 minutes of research online to answer the most basic questions...

We asked the salesman for a spare key, and he wasn't even sure if they had one (go figure)! It took about 30 minutes for him to go find one, miraculously. I just figured with the little negotiation that took place on the financing and price (practically paid full sticker price), the experience would be more pleasant.

After the transaction, we got ready to make the 24 hour trek back to Texas. We were given a temporary paper pass to put on our windshield so that we wouldn't get pulled over for not having plates. This pass has an expiration date of about 48 hours, so after it expired, my boyfriend called the dealership and spoke to the financial adviser. She said, verbatim, "Well, if you get pulled over, just play stupid like you didn't know the paper won't hold up". The hell? We aren't lawyers by any means, but... okay. You gave us some advice with questionable legality. So my boyfriend has been driving around Houston with no plates and an expired pass on his windshield for a good month or so without reassurance from the dealership. My boyfriend texted his salesman only to be ignored. He called the dealership, only to get run around answers or "I'm not sure"s and "I don't know"s.

My point is: if you want to buy a car and never hear back from the salesman or manager and if you know you'll never, ever have questions or concerns, then definitely come here. Communication is non-existent, and they don't care what happens to you after the car is off the lot. Clearly they begin to literally ignore you once you start asking questions or if they can sense you aren't happy. Terrible customer service.

This review is specifically about Chris Ovilieri who is a salesperson at the Land Rover Mission Viejo.
Considering I'm in sales and have had many employees over the years, I feel Chris requires a standing ovation in the purchase of my Range Rover Sprot. I think he is a model that others in the same field should hold themselves too.

Originally I was working with another salesperson over the phone, but when I arrived at the dealer the other salesperson was not there. Chris stepped up and asked to help. I appreciated it and he directed me to the vehicle I was looking for. He then followed up to make sure I found the vehicle ok. I was undecided at the time so I let him know and headed home. He was very courteous and gave me my space.

A week or two went by. I text him questions, he was happy to answer. I then pretty much decided on a vehicle and reached out my original salesperson. The original salesperson was not able to help so I reached back out to Chris. Chris stepped up. He basically handled the set up a solid deal via text and was very courteous and precise. He made assisting me buying a Range Rover Sport easier and he went above and beyond one his day off.

At the end of the day, a sister store had the vehicle that wanted and made the deal but I felt Chris deserved the recognition. If you are going to Mission Viejo Land Rover, ask for Chris. He will take care of you.

I bought my Range Rover from Robert Shepherd. Robert was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and goes out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the car. We were looking for the car for a while but the time we pulled over to Mission Viejo Robert took us in and we left with our lovely car. He is an asset for the company. As a matter of facts we are now looking for the second car and we hope Robert will be able to find our car again. Thank you again Robert for assisting us for the purchase.

My experience started off great, made a turn for the worse and looks like it should turn out to be good (To be determined on June 7th). I went to the dealership late in the day so I understand everyone was in a hurry to get off since we were already there a few hours after closing. I noticed the tan interior lining looked like something exploded inside of it. My sales guy said he would make sure I could bring it back when the service department was open to have it deep cleaned. GREAT!

I began working with the financial guy who was AMAZING! He took care of everything without any issues.

When I was finally ready to go, I noticed one of my keys was taped up. I mentioned it to my sales guy and he politely told me there was nothing that could be done. My immediate thought was WOW a 2013 certified car and I cannot even get a decent key case. Again it was late, so I let it slide for the time being.

Then, right after driving off the lot I noticed there was a warning notification. It turned out to be a low key battery alert for the taped up key. I called my sales guy and he told me that batteries were not that expensive. WOW AGAIN! By this time I started debating whether I should call a manager or not. There was nothing particularly wrong with the sales guy, but a little more effort would have been nice. I gave it a few days and figured I could address it when I went back in to have my car cleaned and detailed.

A few days later it began raining so I used my windshield wipers. I quickly learned that although my certified pre-inspection checklist said my wiper blades were in good condition they were in fact old and should have been replaced. At this point I was pretty upset and decided a conversation with the manager would be appropriate. As I looked through my paperwork I also noticed that I signed a form that stated I was issued two license plates. I checked high and low and could not find the second plate. This was totally my fault for not double checking the vehicle even though it was 10:30pm when we finished. I immediately called the finance guy and he took care of it right away. He went above and beyond to make sure I did not have any issues. GREAT!

When I spoke to the manager regarding the key and wiper blades, he was a bit hesitant with helping me. He explained how the dealership has to pay for new keys and that I could possibly have it changed though the warranty. I nicely let him know that it was an issue that he needed to handle. He eventually came around and agreed to take care of the key issue. He told me I needed to speak with the service department manager about the wiper blades.

I spoke with service manager and let him know the certified inspection was incorrect and the vehicle needed new wiper blades. Without hesitation, he scheduled my vehicle for the interior cleaning and wipers replacement. I am scheduled to take my vehicle in on June 7th.

Overall my experience has been both good and bad. As long as everything is completed as agreed, then I will say I am happy. I did feel like they were being a little sneaky. I'm still not sure if this was just a bit of miscommunication or they hoped I would just let everything go, which I almost did. Either way I made the calls and will be getting everything taken care of soon.

My best advise is do not wait until they are almost closed to stop in. Take the time to double check everything right there and speak to a manager if there are any issues. My sales guy did end up telling me that one manager gave him wrong information in regards to the key issue.

Luckily I absolutely LOVE my Range Rover otherwise this situation could have been worse. I am excited for my upcoming appointment and cannot wait to see it nice and clean!

This is by far the worst customer service I've eve...

This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a luxury car dealership. Kia or Hundai would probably never sink to that level. After paying a lot of money for a preowned range rover, they conveniently waited until the paper work was done and contract was signed and they got their money, and then showed their true colors.

1. The car came with no rubber floor mats. Every other car at the dealership had those. Their response? Your car didn't come with those, go to the parts and buy them for $200.

2. The car only has one key. Response? Not our problem, go buy a key for $750.

3. Wheel locks were removed and replaced with standard lug nuts. Response? Too bad, don't have them. We'll let you know if we get any extras.

4. Most luxury car dealerships sell you an expensive car and have the decency to fill it up with gas. Here, no such thing, we were given a car with a third of a tank.

5. Cargo organizer was offered during the negotiations and even placed inside the car. Once the negotiations were done, the cargo organizer was no where to be found, when we asked, they said, "cargo organizer? What cargo organizer? These don't come with one. Don't know what you're talking about!"

Most of the items above cost under $200 in total, peanuts compared to the price of the car, but these small gestures make a huge difference between good customer service and what these hucksters have to offer.

My back-up camera went gray in my new Velar so I tried going on line and making an appointment at both of the Jaguar Land Rover Service Departments in my area but when I saw my Service Advisor at Jaguar Land Rover Mission Viejo that is where I decided to take my Velar. Linda Gemayel provides exceptional service and great communication so you know when your car will be ready. Of the two dealers and their service departments, Linda is at the one that is furthest from my home and office, but to have her as my Service Advisor is worth the drive.

Leon Sultan is the one to work with here! reached out to this dealership as I had leased a car from them three years ago. I had a great experience then and was hoping to work with the same person who leased me my first Land Rover only to find out she retired. They connected me with Leon Sultan and he has been fantastic!

I'm picky and specific and he was patient and worked with me over the course of several months. He was diligent and proactive in communicating with me when the vehicle for my scenario arrived at the dealership. We went though several rounds and he remained engaged and understanding of my needs and wants, never pushing me toward a vehicle just to get a sale. He really approaches this from a relationship perspective and as long as he is where my next vehicle is I will reach out to him. He even shared homemade goodies with me and his colleagues while I was there...wow!

I am so thrilled with my purchase which wouldn't have happened if Leon had not been on top of the movement of vehicles.

I bought my car here after visiting many dealerships. Walked away very pleased.(although loads of unnecessary paperwork like credit report etc for a cash transaction. Took hours to buy. Like others mentioned)
HOWEVER: After a few months my car was making horrible noises- something was really wrong. Almost $1k in repairs. If I delayed any more time, it could of gotten much worse, more expensive quick.

When they sold me the car I was told it was "certified", NEW in many ways. Car was just under 1.5 yr old.
**At first, Had a BIG issue with the service cost about (an item I was told was just replaced- which wasn't true) I felt mislead and ripped off.
:) HOWEVER: Dave Elliott (service manager) and my service rep Brennen looked into it right away. Gave me a free, 1 day, clean Jaguar loaner. Listened to my experience & carefully reviewed.
They called back quickly w/ a fair resolution.
An honest resolution!
So 4 stars for being involved, quick to respond, & fair in purchase price & in service dept.
Not 5 b/c I shouldn't of had to waste 1/2 day on this, debate my situation or defend the service issue that was clearly undisclosed when purchasing the vehicle.
I left thankful with a free car wash upon picking up my car too!
They seem like good guys, put in good effort, keep you well informed & polite throughout it all.
I will be back- they won me over with correcting the issue ethically! I am loyal to those who handle situations ethically and honest and in this case, they did!

Recently purchased a Land Rover Discovery Sport. Love the car. The salesperson did not pressure and overall it was a good experience. However, I do have one big complaint. We were told by both the salesperson and finance the vehicle came with satellite radio (Sirius XM), and that we would receive a 3 month free subscription. We had Sirius in our previous Land Rover and had just renewed our subscription. Only after purchasing the vehicle did we find out it was not equipped with satellite radio, and that if we wanted to have it equipped, to contact an outside company. I called this particular company. They estimate was $300.00. Another suggestion was to stream it from the Sirius app (which uses data). Bottom line - had I known the vehicle did not come with satellite radio up front, I might have chosen another vehicle.

I purchase a 2018 RR sport mid-April, 2018 which now has 5,000 miles on it. During the last 5-months of my ownership, the vehicle has been out of my charge for 21-full days. My experience with the build quality of the vehicle dates back to days after my ownership. I have contacted Jaguar Land Rover Client care to address my concerns as my repetitive requests to the dealership had gone unanswered. As a previous AUDI owner (20+ Audi cards over 20-years), I regret moving brands to Land Rover - and am extremely disappointed both in the build quality and service I have experienced thus far. My challenges have been appointments that seem to only mean that I can meet with a Service Advisor - and do not actually mean I have an appointment to have my vehicle looked at in a timely manner, complete lack of follow-through and communication, poor build quality of a luxury vehicle.

After 5 separate visits to the dealership over 21-days, I got my car back yesterday and finally have the issues resolved - until this morning, when ANOTHER issue presented itself. I am beyond frustrated and do not have any confidence in the product, the retailer, or the manufacturer as they do not seem to care. I have personally engaged the owner, Scott Paul, the Service Adviser, Robin Eisenberg, as well as the Client Care department to seek help with the issues I have experienced. NOT ONCE have they proactively reached out to resolve these issues, committed to make things right, or taken a SERIOUS interest in helping a consumer who trusted in the $90,000 product purchased. There is no compassion, empathy, or effort here. I plan on sharing my experience with my 3,000 social media connections and anyone who will listen.

I've been a customer for 15 years and have found the team to be forthright. I enjoy working with Matt, Robin and Dave in the service department. I would love to give 5 stars, but I found the purchase experience last year to be much more difficult than it should have been. What should have been an easy cash transaction was nearly 5 hours of bs, including credit reports, etc. that I found to be rather insulting. Look, I bleed Land Rover green, and I love the vehicles, however the sales side of the dealership needs some work to streamline the process.

Have had it with this dealership. Mmade appointment last Friday for service this Wednesday. Only needed service light checked. Made early appointment and was there at 7:15am. Work 50 miles away and called at 3pm for update as heard nothing from them, just got message machine so left message to call me with update. Left office early so could pick up car before 6pm as no return call two hours after left message. Got call when I was 5 minutes from dealer saying not ready yet will call me when ready. Asked if ready by six said no time to look today. Asked why didn't call to tell said they were too busy to call. Told them would be there in 5 mins to pick up car as had driven 50 miles, no update or return call all day. At dealership told just because I had appointment no promise they would fix car...or even look at it!!! Looked for manager no GM on premises. Last time needed proof of service of recall for DMV as had paid renewal but would not send registration without it. Manager said to me in his office with 3-4 of his guys "this has been the biggest pain in my ass"......nice.....and honestly I was going to look at new car I had seen in morning and picked up my GF on way there to show her....not a chance would ever do business there again. Would be 0 stars but cannot post with at least one

Best experience ever with a Dealer service center! Actually had tried to setup a service with a different dealer, but was really made to feel as if my business wasn't important and that they were doing me a huge favor by taking care of my car. From start to finish, Linda was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel both comfortable and appreciated. She was great at "being on my side" if that makes sense - they are highly recommended and you can bet that I will purchase my next Jaguar from them!

LR2 broke down in Irvine and was not drivable. I live in Carlsbad so rather than tow 40 miles to local Land Rover i had it towed to Mission Viejo. They replaced an ignition coil and all spark plugs. Drove car to Carlsbad where car continued to miss fire. Engine light on as before. They DID NOT fix the car and the car was behaving as before. I did not want to tow it back to MV so they could actually try to fix what was not fixed. They DID NOT offer any compensation for towing or the expense of having to bring the car back up from Carlsbad. I took it to Land Rover Carlsbad where they found water in the #5 cylinder. How did they miss that? How did it get there? Had to replace another coil and plug. Don't take car to Land Rover MV!

I just leased a Range Rover Evoque from here and I couldn't have had a greater experience. My husband called and spoke to the very helpful manage, Ronnie, over the phone. He was willing to do all of the negotiations over the phone, because lets be honest, who has time to go sit at a car dealership all day?
They agreed to a very fair and reasonable price, arranged all details, even maintenance and car color and emailed me a few pieces of paperwork to fill out so that i can spend as little time waiting as possible.
I live in Sherman Oaks, so the drive to Mission Viejo was a bit, but it was worth it. We filled out a couple more papers and waited in a customer area for a bit -- it was a busy sunday and there were other shoppers who needed to go into finance before us.
While we waited for our turn, Ronnie made sure the car was cleaned to perfection and brought it around to teach me about some of its cool features -- there are so many amazing features by the way.
We got into finance and they got us in very quickly and there were no annoying sales pitches to try to dodge either -- it was quick and easy and appreciated.
I have been driving my new beauty around for a whole week now and i have no complaints, It is not only beautiful to look at, but it is an easy comfortable drive and i am really happy with my choice.

My husband went in to get a quote for tire replacement and they quoted very high pricing than what was already quoted to me before the service team left. How sad that the customers have to pay the price. Looks like I may have to get a different car not from this store.

We came in today, it was a slow Monday afternoon. No other customers were present and not a single salesperson greeted us. We have been in the market for a luxury SUV and wanted to check out the new Velar, but apparently we looked too young (we re east coasters and age better) to even be acknowledged. The salesmen watched us fumbling to open the lift gate from their desks and offered no assistance. Just watched. We continued outside and sat in an opened Discovery and wanted to test drive, but still nothing. Embarrassingly unprofessional. We will never come back.

Best decision I made was to place a call to Brian Smith at Jaguar Mission Viejo asking if he can assist. Within 10 minutes on the phone, Brian and I agreed on the terms, I filled out the online application, approved within 5 minutes, and following morning, I picked up my new Jaguar. The transaction was seamless. Maria Moayed was the sales associate that assisted me with the transaction. She was amazing and helpful. I noticed a manager's special on an Evoque lease on their website, the deal seemed to good to be true. I called the dealership and spoke with Brian Smith, he confirmed the deal and the car was available. Brian is very knowledgeable and answered every question about the car without hesitation, I haven't owned a Range Rover for 10 years and thought a lease was the way to go. My wife Debbie and I went to see Brian that evening and were very impressed with the vehicle and the dealership. Brian was just as good in person as he was over the phone, got the deal as described, maybe better. It was getting late to do all the paperwork so they sent us home in our new Rover and said they would have all the paperwork ready the next day. We went back and no surprises again, Janessa had us in and out in minutes! Great experience, will definitely recommend this dealership.

Took my vehicle there last Tuesday around noon ish.. it was obvious I had a radiator issue prior to having vehicle towed in. My concern was other damage which may have been caused by the vehicle overheating. Cesar was my service rep.. He was friendly and professional. No news the first day which wasn't a problem..

2nd day around 5:45 pm., Cesar contacts me and tells me my radiator needs to be replaced. I asked him if there was any other damage caused by the overheating. Ceaser said his mechanics have gone home for the day and there was no further notes or information.

I told him this was unacceptable, as my car had been there now a day and a half. Considering I knew the radiator was damaged prior to taking it in. This left me wondering if they have done nothing more than look at a broken radiator and hose which was very apparent and nothing further!

I've had my vehicle serviced at this location now for some time. The next day I came and removed my vehicle from the location and took it for service elsewhere. I expressed my feelings to Caesar. He was apologetic and not part of the problem.

I realize we are dealing with Covid, but this appears to be more of people being lazy and lack of customer service! Not something I expect from ANY dealership let alone a Jaguar dealership. I waited a week prior to posting this, as I kind of expected someone from the dealership to give me a call.
