This lodge was absolutely spectacular! There was ample parking at this lodgr. There are multiple bathrooms at this location. The lodge is very accessible and easy to find. There are numerous gift shops, so you're sure to find something for everyone!

I liked my room at Jackson Lake Lodge, but that was about it. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. But, the staff were so rude. Upon checking in, the desk clerk didn't greet me at all. Just said ''ID and credit card.'' Very impersonal. Honestly, I felt I'm paying $299.00 a night, and this rude girl can't even look up from her computer screen and acknowledge me. After checking in, I went to eat at the casual dining restaurant. I ordered a french dipped sandwich. It was awful. The broth had no flavor. It was a bowl of warm water. The bread was soggy and the meat was just thrown on the plate. I couldn't eat it, and I can usually eat anything. I did enjoy the huckleberry milkshake though. Upon checking out, the desk clerk said ''What are you doing up so early?" Really, people? A proper greeting should be ''Good Morning!'' ''Did you enjoy your stay with us?" I won't stay there again.

An incredible place to stay. Our room had an amazing view. Not all rooms do. I would recommend that you DO NOT EAT AT THE BLUE HERON GRILL. Terrible service. You need to step up and demand your correct order. If it's cold and it should be hit hot return. They just don't give a rats patouty.

My family and I ate in the grill. It was all counter seating and featured a lot of different dining options. The choices ranged from wraps and burgers to deep fried fish and steaks. It was very pricey and our bill for 4 people was $74 for 2 burgers, a wrap, and a BLT all with fries, 2 root beer floats and a shake. The food was good but I can't say the same for the service. Our waitress was was friendly and attentive but left shortly after our food arrived for a break. The waiter, William from Arkansas, who was supposed to cover for her seemed to be irritated with having to wait on us. We ordered the root beer floats from him and they sat on the counter where they were put after they were prepared for at least 10 minutes. When William decided he had time to bother himself to deliver them, instead of bringing them to the counter, he took them back and had to go lids put on them. I guess he wanted us to leave but then he took his sweet time to give us our bill. Earlier I could hear him complaining to his co-worker about other customers which was very unprofessional. He apparently had an attitude problem. Good food bad attitude.

Historic lodge, incredibly scenic view from lobby, but also the embodiment of limited competition - overpriced and in need of fresh coats of paint in places. We stayed here for 3 nights as we explored GTNP. Our room had ants, a non-working phone, and wasn't cleaned until we asked for the third time at 6:30 at night. You'd expect more for the price, but there aren't many other options around to force that kind of service. The kids enjoyed the heated pool, and the food was decent at the pool and in the Lodge. Next time we might stay at nearby Calder Bay instead...the kids loved the beaches and trails there, bit of an older crowd here.

I really did enjoy my stay here! The lodge is in Grand Teton National Park. It was a very nice lodge, with a deck with a beautiful view of the Teton mountains. The interior was great, the restaurants were tasty and the people were pretty nice. Now, it was very overpriced, the prices for cans of soda at the pool concession stand were almost $3.50 a can. The pool also was not heated, it was very cold. But I did enjoy my stay, and I do plan on going back in the future.

Ate at the Mural Room & it was fantastic. Delicious beef tenderloin with asparagus and mashed potatoes. Started with a huckleberry mojito on the deck and mushroom soup before the tenderloin. You can't beat the view of the Tetons!

Definitely loved the lodge! Quite large to do pretty much whatever you want. Also has all the amenities you could desire. Food, shopping, views, etc. We didn't stay there but stopped by and definitely a great spot to stop by.

The best National Park lodge I've ever stayed in! A great lobby with 2 large fireplaces, a window wall facing the mountains, live piano music, bar with satellite TV, coffee shop & good dining room. It also has in-room WiFi, which is rare in National Park hotels.

You are under Vail Resort Hospitality - want all room charges paid in advance, any changes, EACH room will be charged a changing fee?! When there is a medical emergency, we were already stressed, have to provide Dr. Notes to get any of refund minus the change fee?! How can we predict a medical situation 7 days in advance? It is quite absurd to us and extremely disappointing! Vail Resort Hospitality services is downhill!

We only stopped by during the day, but the view from the terrace is breathtaking. The hotel is right by the lake, and moose regularly come close to the view point, which really offers great vistas for photos and wildlife spotting!

The bar is excellent, best views while having a drink after a day of hiking. Kitchen operates on a fixed schedule, and by the time throngs of hungry families start to swamp the bar, there are only bar snacks available, and the bar kitchen quickly gets overwhelmed. Prepare to wait for the snacks.

I love the Jackson Lake Lodge! The food is great in the Mural Room and the views are stunning. A wonderful place to stay if you want to spend time in the park as well as Jackson Hole.

I really liked eating and looking around Jackson lake lodge. I booked a river rafting tour there which was an amazing experience. I also had lunch and dinner there which were both great. The staff was very nice and did everything we asked. I'm looking forward to staying there next time.

Visit the lodge while traveling through Tetons but DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Our recent vacation started off here and was a terrible experience. Don't spend the money - stay in Jackson Hole or outside the park where the hospitality and staff and price are far better! I sent multiple emails to manager's and never received a reply! The place was filthy and crowded and the staff very rude. The water in the shower and clogged sings unacceptable. Laundry bags and trash everywhere.

This is an amazing location for a wedding. The overlook across the meadow and to the Grand Tetons is amazing. I photographed this wedding last year and the amazing thing about Jackson Lake Lodge is that you can get great photos on their property but then just a 20 minute drive away, you are in the Grand Teton National Park with endless options. I love this part of Wyoming. Its incredible and feels so special.

Jackson lodge has a really convenient location right next to several lakes! It also has a great pool and general store within the area, plus it has three amazing restaurants inside. The best part is definitely the unbeatable view inside.

Be aware that reservations and prepayment are no guarantee of services offered at this location. I liked the rooms, the food, and the staff. However, weeks ago, my husband and I booked a horseback ride for 8:45 this morning, September 20, 2018-our anniversary. We were super psyched. Unfortunately, yesterday at about 4PM September 19, 2018, we received a call stating today's ride had been overbooked and we were off the ride. Wow. Just. Wow. Just like that. Our alternatives were a refund or a ride this Saturday, which is the day we fly out. So very disappointing. So, be aware that reservations and prepayment are no guarantee at this location. Have a contingency plan in place in case you get that "special" call.

It was ok.i stayed in one of the cottages. my cottage did not have a good view but I should have thought to be more specific and asking about the view from my room.they are very old .no air conditioning,no TV . Very old base board heat,it can kinda cold there early in the morning. I definitely would not stay again. On the plus side in the main lobby of the lodge they have a fantastic view of the mountains.

The room was poorly designed, #32 had two queen beds but not enough room to open the small fridge (which didn't work) on one side and only just enough room between the other queen bed and the window to get in bed at night (I'm a size zero so it shouldn't have been so tight a space).
There was only one coffee bar at this hotel and it closed around 3pm. The diner staff were very friendly, fast and caring however for a big event like Wildlife Film Festival, I think the diner should have added a few more vegetarian options - not even a veggie burger on the menu. The restaurant had delicious food however 1/2 staff were awesome and 1/2 staff were rude and barely communicated - same for the bar staff. Overall few options for vegetarians at this hotel. Good organic recyclable coffee pods in our room but no gym and their Wi-Fi would often not work at this hotel so I had to use the Wi-Fi from my cell for my laptop. Yes the view is incredibly beautiful at this hotel but next time I will stay in Jackson Hole at a nicer hotel there and drive into the location.

The location of this Lodge is amazing. The views are absolutely stunning from the main building, bar and restaurant area. I strongly recommend coming here even for a drink and bite at the bar if you cannot get reservations here. It is very full during summer months so book ahead!
