Volinda Butler Review of Jackson Lake Lodge, Wyoming

My family and I ate in the grill. It was all counter seating and featured a lot of different dining options. The choices ranged from wraps and burgers to deep fried fish and steaks. It was very pricey and our bill for 4 people was $74 for 2 burgers, a wrap, and a BLT all with fries, 2 root beer floats and a shake. The food was good but I can't say the same for the service. Our waitress was was friendly and attentive but left shortly after our food arrived for a break. The waiter, William from Arkansas, who was supposed to cover for her seemed to be irritated with having to wait on us. We ordered the root beer floats from him and they sat on the counter where they were put after they were prepared for at least 10 minutes. When William decided he had time to bother himself to deliver them, instead of bringing them to the counter, he took them back and had to go lids put on them. I guess he wanted us to leave but then he took his sweet time to give us our bill. Earlier I could hear him complaining to his co-worker about other customers which was very unprofessional. He apparently had an attitude problem. Good food bad attitude.
