Do not stay here if you have other choices. very upset vacation because of this hotel. we paid Room US$688 for 2 nights for a unhappy experience. We were not treated the way we should be. We asked about table reservation of the mural dining room the first thing when I arrived at the front desk of the hotel. We were not told we have to reserve to have breakfast at the mural room. When we arrived for breakfast at 9am, they told us no table for us, no priority for hotel guest too. Sorry. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! Bonus: bathroom tub super yuck too
You should ask your guests to reserve table if they are to be refused at the restaurant and if you know there is a chance they might be trapped in this situation when they asked about it at the front desk. we were at the yellowstone the whole week before and had absolutely no problem there. We booked everything because we were told to do so. In this hotel, we were not told to book when we asked about it first thing we arrived at the hotel. So upsetting experience! Ruined my holiday!

Great lodge atmosphere, amazing views of the mountains, several food options, though full restaurants close at 9 so don't arrive too late. The room was nice & clean, but the walls seemed a little thin as we heard a kid crying at 11pm in an adjacent room. I would definitely stay here again though

Great views. Musty rooms with cold drafts that can't be blocked. Laid back feeling completely ruined by the film festival full of drunk, pretentious folks who think they're doing great deals and reinventing the world.

Nice location with restaurants, gift shops, information center, and restrooms. The second floor has a giant window directly facing Grant Teton mountain. The view is amazing. You can sit comfortably in the lobby to enjoy the view with your favorite beverage.

We were incredibly disappointed with our stay. First of all, the description of the room mentioned it backed onto a meadow and a creek. I suppose it was a meadow by definition, but it was highly underwhelming. I couldn't see or hear a creek. The room itself was in ill repair. The toilet was not sealed at the base and rocked when you sat on it. There were stains around the base and brown stains on the wall in the bathroom. The shower head was so plugged it sprayed the floor outside the tub. There was a window with slats that didn't completely close so bugs got in. Also, because it didn't seal, anyone outside could hear everything going on in your room and vice versa. There was no fridge and not that it was important to us, but there was also no TV. You are paying simply for the location and the view and you pay a lot. Not worth it by a long shot.

Lodge was beautiful. Loved the overlook of Jackson Lake. Gift shops were reasonably priced and had neat items. Bathrooms were spotless. Would love to visit again if I'm ever back in the Tetons.

Enjoyed the view from the main gathering room, upstairs from the lobby. The diner was fun with a family of eight (4 kids 6 to 12 years). We brought along Monopoly to play there in the main room and had our milkshakes. Beautiful place.

Be prepared for a very theatrical and breathtaking view of the Tetons without having to step outside (although, there's a nice patio too). They burn a huge fireplace you do smell the smoke Within but at the same time the warmth is hard to deny.

A very cabin-like feel to the room, no TVs in them. Wi-Fi connection is so great though....

This is the best view of the Tetons on the East side of Jackson Lake. I ve never stayed at the hotel but their food is ok, and it s a fun place to explore. They are only open in the summer and usually close completely down at the beginning of October.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We did not stay directly in the msin lodge building but in one of the cottages/cabins. Rooms are clean and quiet. Wifi is OK. No TV but after a day in Yellowstone you are ready to sleep. Food in lofge restaurants is good. I recommend this facility.

We chose Jackson Lake Lodge because the mejestically scenic view from the hotel lobby of mountains. We were staying at one of the cottages. The room was a size of studio of king size bed but we could add another bed to pack 3 people easily. The reception was very nice and informative. We had dinner at one of the restaurant. You could also take the food out to eat and see the scenic scene of mountains at the lobby as well. All in all, I'll recommend coming to this place for a day to at least see the view from lobby.

The Lodge at Grand Teton is very impressive. That said, we were only in it once. We spent our time in the Coulter Bay Area, which is outstanding. The area has fishing, swimming, raft trips, dinner trips and wildlife tours. There is camping for all. That includes full services and tent sites. The village area is open from 7:30 to 9 p.m. There is a store, laundry, showers, and restaurants. The store has fresh, pre-packaged sandwiches, cheeses, and general supplies. Many a hiker came in to resupply their items. There is everything from Bear Spray to DEET. NOW for the bad news. Everything in the Park closes 29 September for the season.

Great family vacation spot with mix of cabins, hotel and campground options. Beautiful vistas out of the main lodge, good food options in the lodge and all the outdoors you could ever want a short hike, bike or drive away!

We drove up for a hike and lunch. This place looks exactly like you would imagine an old-time lodge would look like. Huge indoor fireplaces that you need to litery walk into to add logs to. Huge window overlooking the Tetons.

Wonderful place. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and ok WiFi. It's set near the national park. Great restaurants near by also. Also, they have a variety of activities. In conclusion, it's the place to sleep.

Google prompted me to complete this survey after I completed all questions accurately. I was only here to use the bathroom. Super nice bathroom 10/10. I also appreciated the doorman in cowboy hat and trenchcoat.
