Super dirty! Smelled like pee all over! I feel sorry for the staff.

Jack in the box has good tasting burger and fries. Prices are good. Clean place. Good service.

the double jumbo jack is bomb, and JB dont charge for extra Tomato or Onions...nice!

I went there today and the man cursed me out! For no reason I would honestly have him fired!

It was pretty dirty in the dinning area, but the food was pretty ok for a fast food joint.

This jack also is very friendly and always very busy. Great customer service but the tables also are always very dirty and bathrooms as well. They do have a lot of customers I think employees are overwhelmed and have too many things going on and don't have the time to keep it as clean as they should.

The place is ok. People had good attitudes. Food was good. But each time we go, they have homeless inside sleeping.

You're average fast food restaurant, but about the same quality of fast food for a higher price. Nevertheless, their chicken is tasty.

Terrible service! After a really long night of unfortunate events my wife and I went through the drive thru and the were very rude! Then we made it to our hotel to find out that they forgot part of the order. Then I had to take an Uber back (because we didn t have a car) and I asked if they could reimburse me for the part that was forgotten for the inconvenience. Then they rudely said that they would only reimburse me if I gave them the food, that they forgot to give me back to them! I will never go to this Jack in the Box ever again!

Second time I've came here and they're "system" was down and didn't take cards.

The server was great when i was on a trip down their, i saw all their pirate hat when i bought two taco, when we were in the drive thru a miss show'd up with her computer and head set just jumping around from car to car just to move the server of for the traffic to be under 3 minutes for time of service. from the point they sit with you to the point you are pulling up to the window.

I walked in, and the dining area was filthy, floor, tables and trash cans. About 4or 5 customers and equal amount of employees. No reason that I could see that at least two employees were not cleaning. I didn't order and left.

Not very friendly. The place is dirty, my husband was very hungry so he was tempted, personally I did not want to take anything.

The mobile app for ordering was down yet again today so we were unable to place an order so we left since we did not have any means of paying at the time. We have noticed that the inability to use the mobile app for ordering at the Pacific Highway location happens quite frequently which is unfortunate since we live a few blocks away & frequent this location. Hopefully the new manager will remedy this situation because who knows how much business this location may be losing by having the app going down on a frequent basis!?! Why offer technology if the customers are unable to use it?

Pleasant close to 12 but the self-service is 24 hours has very affordable prices hamburger and refreshment with refil potatoes menus oscillate in 7 Dll and serve in Spanish

Delicious as always, they were wrong in french fries and they gave us more potatoes

Wow if your not a Jack in the Box fan or do not have a genuine post about service, cleanliness, food or cost..... Then don't post lies..... I've been visiting this location for years. There are no roaches, much less golf ball size. Really .... people see through your false unproductive post. Keep it real.... This Jack in the Box location has consistently provided great service, hot good food and the workers strive to improve in any areas pointed out by customer feedback. Keep it real.

I like the special of doing a survey and getting a free burger, for buying one.

Great location. Typical fast food selection. Friendly service. Great fries. Handy drink machine. Enough specials. Ketchup should be in a bulk server to reduce waste (the small packets). The burger was dry and the bun was not toasted. (See pic) We ordered a shake, which was quite good ( in spite of NOT being custard.

Theres no other place opened and Jack's is the place to go

Salad was terrible! One small green lettuce, rest was all old white pieces lettuce and cucumbers were frozen. Very disappointed

Disappointing. I was at a Jack in the Box in Anaheim and the burgers were much better there

The Jack In The Box serves the world best chicken tacos.
These tacos are really good and are amazingly delicious.
The place offers you a very kind service that tempts you to visit the place time and again.

It was great I was wondering when I would be able to experience a level of service that exceeded that of the higher class people over in France and United Nations and so forth here right in America

Stopped by here because I was hungry and I haven't been to a jack-in-the-box for probably two decades. Well, I remember why it's been so long. The place was so grimey and sticky, and the food was gross. After one bite, I had a bad feeling, and had to throw it in the trash and get the heck out of there.

I found a 1 inch and a half cockroach bug in my table when I was eating, I just leave the place and im not comings back.

The security gaurd is funny and a good guy. This location is my new favorite cause the hospitality is fantastic.

Some food wasn't up to my standards like I thought it was going to be. And they run off some people that can only eat cheap there. When it's the only place for miles around it's hard to find a cheap place when less fortunate in work.

These people are great, every Saturday for many years I have called in a order for dozens of hamburgers for a Church ministry and there hot and ready when I get there bagged up and ready to go.

Crew here is great. Would give this place 5 Stars but the homeless keep this place trashy.

Dirty, not one table cleaned, smelled like sewage. Piles of garbage on top of the trash cans inside.

Off to Jack in the box- downtown San Diego. Now an then I'll stop off at the downtown location an grab a combo an drive down the street an watch the planes takeoff an land at Lindbergh field. Tried the sourdough cheeseburger melt. It comes with one or two beef patties, fries an a drink. Not bad for a fast food meal. Comes with a orange sauce which I'm still trying to identify what's in it. Either way it's tasty. If your on a diet this might not be the meal of choice- you might want to get a salad instead, that's up to you. If your low on cash you can't beat it for the price!! Enjoy!!!!

Not so good service the food has a strange smell and taste

The guys at the counter were all super nice and on top of things. Surprisingly good coffee? Was also delighted that the donut holes were fresh made. Nice.

There ebt was down i tried 4 times and the machine was out of order.
The service was awful overall long lines employees on there cellphone.

The tables are always dirty you have to clean them up yourself. The place is dark at night. This is a filthy fast food place.
