The mobile app for ordering was down yet again today so we were unable to place an order so we left since we did not have any means of paying at the time. We have noticed that the inability to use the mobile app for ordering at the Pacific Highway location happens quite frequently which is unfortunate since we live a few blocks away & frequent this location. Hopefully the new manager will remedy this situation because who knows how much business this location may be losing by having the app going down on a frequent basis!?! Why offer technology if the customers are unable to use it?
