Cheap food and the setting at this location is great. I give this spot a thumbs up. Service is consistently above par. The bill won't shock you.

Security will throw you out of you stay longer than 30 mm

They were extremely busy. The bathroom's needed tending too. But the employees were very polite.

Smelt bad outside, and the food wasn't that great :/

The workers are always kind and very helpful. The managers are awesome. And can't forget the amazing security guards.

Good hot dogs. I got a bacon wrap dog with CA spicy onion. My boys each got the coney dog. We also got chili fries. Servings were generous. The chili had a small kick. It's a little pricey but good if we want to splurge.

Miguel the worker was amazing. His customer service and hospitality skills will take him far. He s so friendly and helpful. I unfortunately will not be returning because there are too many homeless people that live inside here during the day. They were fighting in the parking lot making it unsafe for me and my kids in the future.

It's one of the few fast food restaurants in the area as Little Italy is surrounded with restaurants. My first time at this location and I ordered to-go but ended up with a food tray to eat inside. I even checked my receipt and it said carry-out so the workers might not pay attention. The place had a mess on the floor and the workers were not busy so they could have cleaned it up. The place had some homeless people inside as well. It was just me and I'm indifferent to the negatives, but I would be disappointed if I were with friends or family.

Ok location, the dining area can be cleaner. Staff was just ok, not the friendliest.

Terrible service, rude managers, dirty, and full of people under the influence of drugs etc. They have security, but don't use it, and literally have people nodding off under the influence at their tables. Gross place.

The fast food restaurant is open around the clock and the staff was always friendly. As a rule, there is also enough space for dining on site. The products are of a reasonable quality for such a restaurant and the prices are reasonable. Good accessibility. Not three star cuisine, just fast food.

Nice Workers, good Burgers and quick serving. Location also well placed. Coming back for sure!

Order taker was professional and kind. But the place was filthy. All tables were dirty and the restroom appeared as if it had not been cleaned in a month.

Quality sucks at this location. Always. Edit: And the manager that replied to this review is full of it. I've been there MANY times and you guys don't even make an effort to do either of those things, especially at night.

It's a Jack in the Box. But she is always there when I need her to take care of a hangover.

Somewhat neglected by little staff and uncontrolled access to the bathroom

There was this bum screaming am yelling inside the restaurante and no employe or manager did anything to calm the Situation, I had to leave becouse my ten year old daughter got scared.

Is one of my best places to order a nice quarter pound hamburger with heavy letters and extra tomatoes...very delicious and a nice vanilla shake..and tacos!!!

The food is what you would expect from any Jack in the Box restaurant, but this location is always a mess. I've been to this location for lunch a few times, and every time I have a difficult time finding a place to sit because the staff never cleans the tables after guests leave. I always end up cleaning off a table before I sit.

A little busy during lunch, like any other good place in downtown but I got my good in a timely manner, order was accurate, no complaints besides the parking situation being a little tough. Very small parking area but the location is perfect. One of the few fast food places in the area

Good location for tasty cheap food. I wish there were more places like this around town. Looking forward to returning with my friends. This place has a good atmosphere. Food is similar to a place in San Francisco I loved.

Good ol' sausage-jack for a quick breakfast sandwich. Fast and always made fresh.
