Coming from the East Coast we dont have this chain over there so i enjoyed the different tasting burger

I always come here and spend at least $7 $10 everyday while I'm doing uber
Today I had the worst costumer Service ever from a worker name ELY, she have absolutely NO costumer service, I order 4 items and every time I say the item
She don't replay and she will give me my total right the way while I'm still ordering and when I asked her if she was in a rush
She smiled saying yes I have time limit and I was the only car
There was no other cars behind me while I was in drive through
NEVER ever come back here again

Staff is 50/50. So is customer service. Food is below average. Ridiculous wait time.

I was extremely disappointed by my experience here. The front counter service was extremely lethargic and rude, yet they seemed to have more than a few employees not doing anything. The food was terrible. Both me and my boyfriend's food looked a few days old. Our burgers had discoloration and the lettuce looked browned and old. Every single option for their fountain drinks were low on carbonation and syrup; disgusting. I do NOT recommend stopping at this particular location for any reason. Look up another food joint, it is not worth your money.

Always have issues with this Jack.. We work for the airline industry n go to drive thru n nothing pisses of the most than always getting our order wrong or missing tacos.. We always call n all we get is a sorry n come back to fix your order..aahhh NO we can't .. Today I went in again almost a year later..gave them one last time to redeem themselves.. N what happens I get a bacon burger instead of my spicy chicken sandwich I'm infuriated ...I'm done with this Jack!!

Tacos are the bomb, butter burger, fries, and churros were great. Also great service!

Cashier was a sweet girl as well as the other employees, but long wait, straws were all wet (most likely from a jerky patron), long wait, the milkshakes are stupid expensive

The drive through was very slow like 10 minutes slow. They got my order wrong and then when the corrected it the didn't give me a recite??? That is why I posting on here and not the website on the recite??? 4/26/2018 5:38 am.

Always fresh and fairly fast. Only drawback would be the transients and crazy people inside and out. Always just one person taking orders too. Never understood that when there are always an employee talking with the security guard by the bathrooms. Went in at 10a one day and at 5p before catching the trolley and the same homeless couple were sleeping inside at the same table

$4.99 for bbq bacon double cheeseburger, fries and a drink.. How could you go wrong?

Yes it is fast food, but they always have something new along with thw usual stuff.

They make a great burger! There must be a professional chef back there making sure the burgers are built perfectly. Every time I go the sandwiches looks like the pictures. Never had a bad experience.

First time we have ever had Jack in the Box !!! ... can t wait to have it again !!! ... what a great location !!! ... and awesome employees as well !!!

Horrible customer service, 3 people waiting in line to order, about 6 employees just working, customers not being greeted. When they did get to the paying customers they would ring you up, wait to get your food, give it to you then ring up the next customer.

The service was good and it was convenient because it's right off the trolley

Jack in the box located right next to trolley station. There is a security check point to use the bathroom. You must purchase something. Very unfriendly for homeless people. I definitely felt some discrimination in this place. Where else are the homeless suppose to use the bathroom? They have no home.

Food was tasty, served hot and the order was accurate. The restaurant is kept clean and there is security to keep the peace.

Ordered 3 of the 10 piece chicken nuggets, only one had 10 pieces. My kids definetly noticed.

It is ok but very busy during lunch. The food is great.

Fast food!! My order was ready in just a couple of minutes. Food was fresh and delicious. Best fast food there is, tired of the rest jack is the only one I never get tired of eating. Love the new buttery jack.

The staff was very helpful at the drive thru when I was ordering for postmates. I wish this location good luck when we repoen. It can get overwhelmed easily.

Dissapointing visit this time. Poor service and food.

Season Spring fries are really really amazing so many options to eat and reasonable pricings.

Only bad was drink fountain was out of a lot of flavors.

Everything was picture perfect. There was an obnoxious customer ahead of us and the man at the window did well to handle the situation. We didn't get a receipt so I don't know his name but the staff did a really good job.

Good basic burger joint. Budget meals. Consistent with all the other Jack in the Boxes. The usual fries, botomless sodas as well as all-day breakfasts and Mexican food too..No surprises.

Don't care for Jack in the Box and I stand corrected.

Poor drive thru service. I go to this location on occasion and they always seem to screw up the order one way or the other. Today my monster taco order did not include hotsauce or napkins. I called the restaurant and I was treated unki dly. Sucks.

Very slow service, manager was not the friendliest. She should know that drunk passengers are a part of the deal when you work the overnight shift on a night before a holiday. P.s. It isn't the drivers fault....... don't take it out on us. We are trying to make a living too.
