Good food! Luv the brunchfast . Fast , fresh and friendly place to eat

The Employees they care about people the food is hot bathroom's are clean I just don't like some of the customers that eat there they are very messy and make it harder for the workers I give this Jack in the Box Team 5 Stars.

Very fast service , however the self serve soda had a after taste of other sodas & too much mayo , catsup that soaked bun & other ingredients in the burger . Very friendly staff!!!.

Discreet but nothing exceptional comparable to the various chains like McDonald's and Burger King but absolutely not comparable to Five Guys

It had been years since I'd been in a Jack in the box so I stopped into this one for a nostalgic meal... That was probably a mistake. The place was unclean as were the other patrons. The orders were slow in coming out and the food was less than impressive, with cold fries and a sort of soggy sad burger. It could of certainly have been worse, but it should of been a whole lot better.

I called around 11:24pm and when the phone was answered it let out a deafening loud beep. Idk if it's the voice message or just the workers playing a prank but by the time someone actually answered they said that I had to order through the app instead of by phone. Thanks for wasting my time.

A favorite place for delicious cheap food. It's so delicious. The service was very helpful and welcoming. Prices that are reasonable.

Choise and walks, sensible, sensible prices but make sure before ordering that they are what detractors you pork

This jack is great, staff is cool and welcoming, food is prepared with care and always tasted good. If you are lookin for something enexspensive to eat in downtown this is your spot.

Michelle, the manager on duty was working her butt off and was so polite, friendly and helpful to everyone. Awesome job! The food was just meh, though, but then again, it was JiB.

Couldn't get the order right, no matter how many times I repeated myself. It wasn't all there when I got home. I will always go to the one on Genesee, and Derrick

The best Jack in the Box in town. It is well frequented (unlike others who only have beggars) and is cheap. When I was in San Diego I had the party going there kkkk

My grand son and I were able to eat for only 15.00 dollars and the food was really great.

Good was very slow to arrive, 13 minutes for a burger is too long

I went here twice because my hotel was so close and other places closed early. I ordered a shake at 10 pm and it took them 20 minutes to make it. Also beware of going after dark because this area is littered with homeless people and it just felt unsafe. The manager on duty was super apologetic and very nice. But, you get what you get when you want to save a few pennies and eat at a fast food joint!

AVOID, full of hobos and too close to the freeway. They did a reasonable job considering these problems. DO NOT BUY DRINKS HERE.

Ate combo with harsh browns, got intoxication like never before, with nausea and many other worse things. Ruined at least a couple of days.

Good price for average food. They have a $5 meal deal going on now and it's pretty good for the price. Their shake was surprisingly palatable and worth however much was paid. Manager there was kind in taking our order.

Here's my opinion, I said that the place is a nest for the most deplorable and disgusting place in my life..

jack's is my favorite chain restaurant, but this place is depressing. the counter person was rude and lethargic, a spiritual victim perhaps of the nasty-looking street people lounging about. (to the staffer's credit, she granted my request to substitute an extra egg for the sausage on my sandwich.)
