I've visited a lot of jack in the box locations in my time, and this one has the friendliest staff and the best service so far. Every other jack in the box runs out of ingredients, are way too slow, and generally have poor customer service. This location always gets my order right, and even sometimes throws in a little extra just for kicks (today I got extra fries! Thanks!!) Most folks only take the time to review a fast food place if the service was terrible, but I wanted to leave my remarks and my thanks for being consistently awesome!

The young lady at the register is phenomenal. This is not an easy location with all the forign tourists who don't speak English, the homeless, the riffraff etc and this chick has it under her control. She's amazing and friendly and has a bright future.

( it's Oct and 8 months ago this review popped up on my account, only problem is that I didn't write this, wasn't even in or near San Diego till July. Truly not sure what's going on and I'm sure it taste like any other Jack in the box but I'm going to keep it for the guide points !! )

Workers here are always friendly! This Jack in the Box is always clean. The food is always good &orders are accurate. Always parking available. However this location is always busy. Lots of tourists& transients in and around area. Be prepared to wait in line. Also drive thru always busy. You cannot just use restroom, you need to ask to be buzzed in so workers unlock door for you.

The food was fresh and hot. However, the place needs a good cleaning. The floors were dirty, with a ketchup packet stepped on and tracked everywhere. It was dried and had been there awhile. Some tables dirty and not clean. Women's restroom needed cleaned. Disappointed.

Nice JitB! The person who helped us at the counter had a little trouble enunciating, but they were very kind and efficient, and the food was great. I liked the restaurant layout, too - spacious and pretty comfortable despite the post-fireworks crowd swarm.

Busy but convenient downtown location.

Standard food and service. Entertaining clientele. Strange lady in a booth seemed to be performing some elaborate black-magic ritual over her table - not sure what all that was about.

Drive thru service is acceptable and very recommended

$4 enabled me to pump a lot of raw energy into my 200lb gorilla body. 10/10.

Seriously! Ray deserves medal!! The things this guy deals with on a quiet Sunday morning. Honestly this guy deserves his own store. So respecful to guests and runs a tight clean ship.

BUT THE FOOD WAS HALF COLD AND HALF HOT.. WHICH I DON'T APPRECIATED.
IT WAS A TERIYAKY BOWL.. I NOTICED UNTIL I GOT TO MY DESTINATION. FAR FROM THERE.

Filthy! Floors are grimy, tables haven t been wiped down, several hours if ever

Very convenient location to Downtown and I am working....as a chauffeur. We spend a lot of times in our cars, so bathrooms and "free" parking are at a premium. I was actually on jury duty the day of my last visit, so it was a nice walk to here, but I had a nice, hearty lunch inside in the A/C. Jack In The Box is part of San Diego heritage and I am a native, so it will always be an easy go-to when the need arises. Thank you!

This is a very filthy establishment. They have roaches the size of golf balls and no soap in the restrooms.

Close by where I worked for the day and was quick and good also clean bathrooms.

Love the spicy chicken strips, I hope the rumors that they will no longer be offered are false

Better than a McDonald's without going further. The very tasty milkshakes

Tasted good, but a little too sloppy and food was almost cold. If it was nice and fresh (hot) it would have been way better! Weird customers hanging around but really good customer service and friendly staff.

Watch a beautiful marriage so cute so simple so easy. And truth be told expensive wedding dont last. If you really want to get married with a person and you dont evan have a ceremony your just show up to the town hall bravo to you. I wish you have an eventful and happy marriage.

Better no sauce kind dry but it was way better than yhat last jack in box

Slow service, understaffed. The cashier gave the person in front of me the wrong cash back.

It's a little ghetto but that adds a small bit of charm the security officer in the day time was hilarious

Disgusting, everything was sticky, not a clean table to sit at. food was average at best
