Other than the food this is a very bad place and not family friendly at all because of the type of their customers. If you can just get your food and run then you can enjoy your food at the waterfront close by

The food is generally cool. On this day I ordered a Sourdough Jack combo. When she asked "what size?" I told her I wanted whatever size was at the price on the board. That seemed really complicated for her to understand then figure out. The burger was good like always but my fries were inedible. Luke warm and hard. I asked for fresh fries then went to sit down. I guess I should have watched him because clearly he heard "more fries". They just tasted like he reheated them. Like I said, in general they are cool. Maybe they have new workers *Kanye shrug*
Not bad. The money you give your money is a bit weak. I paid $ 21 and got something like a double burger. The cashier at the young told me that the double whopper was very close to the menu but I actually noticed quite a bit between them. The hamburger was not bad, but when we wanted to get your drink as an ice tea, they entered the order before telling us the price difference of 75 cents. And the potato is the coldest potato I've ever eaten. If they pay more attention, they'il have more customers.
Careless handling of food items. Disheveled employees. Nevertheless, the employees were courteous and polite. Improvement on their employee professional appearance and food handling standards will help.
The food was not the problem I had. It was the overall experience. Too many homeless hanging in and around the outside of the bldg. It made me hesitate about going inside.
Good food. Generally clean. Big eating room and free parking for customers in the downtown of San Diego. The only annoying thing is that there aren't many bathrooms and they are locked so we had to wait in line for a while.
Never bad Jack in the box in my life but all I gotta say was daammmmmm. I wish I could repeat that moment. Customer service is friendly , and its open late like NYC at home
Place was cool. The food was hot. If you ask for it. The seating arrangement is very messed up. Very uncomfortable seating arrangements. It seems like they just planted a whole lot of chairs in there for seating.. No matter where you sit someone is like right there. Looking you in the face. It's California surely 95% of the people that walked by you are going to stare at you and watch everything you do. Not necessarily here but too uncomfy. Cool place doe. I picked this place of Wendys across the street though 3 times. This place smelled fresher!
New Years Day... It was past midnight, and like a dummy I walked from the hotel. Only the drive through was open. There were a bunch of people standing around outside looking disappointed. I just walked back hungry...
Friendly customer service. Employees are hard workers. I'd give them 5 stars, but due to the amount of homeless people who hang around there, I'm giving them 4 stars. Other than that, it's a good place to get a quick bite to eat.
Food is great but I walked here from the hotel thinking it was a quick 5 minute walk. Had to cross a railroad and it was super sketch and remote. Will come back but only through drive thru.
