Food is good but Restrooms need atension, they're dirty no control over the drinks little ids playing with the soda machine it's sad that the workers aren't watching the machine and other things aswell good luck Jack
Nice staff, typical fast food, cool all-variety soda machine (Orange coke? Check! Cherry vanilla coke? Check! Vanilla ginger ale? Check!), clean bathrooms. This was a good place for us to stop on our road trip.
My top spot for delicious cheap food. This place does it for me. Had a sister come into town and asked me to take her here again. The prices are fair for the quality of food.
Walked in @7:00 AM. It smelled so bad...way too many homeless camp in and around there. Two ask for $$$, and one outside asked my to buy him something to eat. Scary place.

There are several homless, who enter and leave trash and dirty the place you see that the employees do clean but these people leave very dirty above all the bathrooms, the employees are friendly but the place is not very clean that we say.
The customer service was fine. The lady working the cashier was nice. My problem was the food. The quality of the food was terrible. My burger tasted bland. If you want quality fast food, don't come to this jack in the box.
Just got a number 1. My burger tasted like microwave Salisbury steak. It had no sauce. The bacon was rubbery. My fries were soggy. And my tacos were ok. I spent over $10 dollars. I would chose another chain. This one is broken.
I know what goes in there $1.00 tacos and this place served paper thin empty nothings. It's a tradition for my family to get tacos from Jack in the box and this place messed up.
You could grow your own food from seed and still eat faster than you would at this location. From the time we placed our order at the window to when we received our food was 32 minutes. Asked for ketchup three times. Guess what we didn t get? Ketchup.
This visit was nice. Lots of tourists as well as the locals. Food was not overcooked as in the past.
I Love Jack in the box too bad we don't have one in Chicago everytime we go to out west we always get our fill of the place
Usually excellent attention to detail. Grabbed lunch all hamburgers and all burgers had no sauce or pickles, I think it was a language thing , as I requested 'Just Plain Hamburgers for the work crew,nothing extravagant, then at the window he thought I wanted my burgers PLAIN, NO SAUCE, NO, JUST HAMBURGERS PICKLES AND SAUCE ARE A MUST, but MY MISTAKE , I DID NOT CHECK!

Very current, a renewed menu and with a new image. For years I did not eat in a restaurant of this franchise and it was a gradual surprise. The place, near the bay and on certain days, a few steps from a very attractive organic food tianguis

Food was good! Restaurant was not clean. Not sure if understaffed for that time of day, or unexpected rush left the mess.
Very well located, rich food and would give more stars but have very neglected baby seats, very dirty and sticky .... very bad.
The homeless coming in and digging in the trash for food isn't good due to the smell of their body ( bo) makes it difficult to have a good experience.Not clean lots of trash on the floor.

The service is fast for the amount of traffic this place gets. The only issue the homeless that live behind it have the outside smelling really bad
The smoothie's were ordered were good BUT they gave us jalepeno poppers instead of the nuggets we ordered.
The employees are nice and polite and really fast service for how busy they were I recommend this Jack in the Box over all the other ones I've been to

Supposed to be open 24 hours. Don t allow you in the restaurant to order. We were on foot would not allow us to order. Great business practice.

Very bad attention.and very dirty above all the toilets and paper there was water on the floor.and they cared badly and let you see or cater to the consumer as it should be.
The restaurant was really dirty floor had alot of trash laying around and the Flore had a mop next to a table unattended as if someone was hoping I almost slipped I ate and stayed for about a half an hour and it took staff 24 min till someone picked up the mop and started to clean the tables floor I wish I could post a picture to show u guys it was really uncomfortable.
It's a super busy jack in the box probably one of the busiest ones I've ever been to but they seem to take care of business one way or another and there's a very medium sized crowd of homeless so show up there everybody's got to eat right
Good food as usual, longer wait then expected on my last visit and the staff were overwhelmed. I can say that the manager was going out of his way to have the kitchen pump out the food as fast as they could to catch up with the rush. I would recommend better scheduling to help prevent this issue from recurring as the front was running out of supplies and needed cleaning. But overall I would return again. the food was good and the convenient location next to the airport also supplying a restroom is a huge plus.
