Ive gotten a few tattoos here. They are pretty decent.
One didnt heal well but they touched it up for free, thank you so much for that.

Absolutely brilliant customer support and extremely easy to contact.

For a city, good coffee in Dublin is oftentimes hard to come by. I like a strong roast and The Ink Factory's coffee is deliciously dark. At 2.00 for an americano, you would find it hard to locate a quality coffee in Dublin at such a price. The staff are unpretentious, down to earth and upbeat. In a world of apathetic, too-cool-for-school hipsters, The Ink Factory is an effortlessly cool haven for those who just want some damn good coffee. Thanks for the coffee, guys. Bernadette.

Got my first tattoo here which is stunning and now I have 4 from different tattoo artist in a single establishment. Now looking forward on my next tattoo on the 16th of November. Just saying they have really talented artist that never disappoints.

Everything going very well with the ink factory. The tattooer gave me full attention regarding my tattoo drawing.

Very professional studio...whenever I go there I feel like home ;-) I truely recommend them to everyone...my piercings were done few months ago and since that day I havent had any problems with healing

The perfect place to get your tattoo, piercing or haircut. The staff are awesome and look after everyone really well. You get a feeling they all enjoy working there. My wife and I have been to a lot of tattoo shops but these guys were in a different league. They did a great job and now we just have to win the lottery to get all the stuff done that we want.

I had a great experience at The Ink Factory. I got 2 smallish tattoos in a single 2 hour session all the staff were really professional and friendly. Zuzanna did an amazing job and was so helpful. I gave my designs and she came up with a couple of great alternatives as well as the original design. I ended up choosing both of Zuzanna's alternative designs as they were vast improvements on the original designs. I will definitely be back.

The Ink Factory felt like a genuine Dublin experience. I'm extremely pleased with my tattoo, felt comfortable the entire time, and the staff makes everyone feel like a regular inside the shop. Very clean, very professional, very stylish. Love this spot and hope to return someday.

I got my conch pierced there and they were very clean and nice so I have decided to get my tattoo there also The place is also really cool looking inside and play such good music

Really great, friendly staff! My tattoo only took half an hour and Fernando, the tattoo artist, was very professional. One year on and my tattoo still looks as fresh as it did was it was just healed! couldn't recommend them enough!

Very thoughtful and comprehensive in their handling of all pre-tattoo work, however not difficult at all. Their work is beautiful as well!

Super friendly staff, always a good atmosphere to walk into. I always feel in safe hands getting a haircut with any member of staff and have really come to enjoy the experience every time I go in. I recently decided to gift my sister a tattoo here and the friendliness and advice made the process very easy. She was nervous when it came to getting the tattoo because it was her own design and she wanted it to be just as she had planned. The tattoo artist (Lucas) was patient and made sure the details were just as she imagined and in the end was a very happy sister with a lovely new tattoo.
I also decided to get a tattoo here on which I was given some great advice on the artist to go with in terms of style of the tattoo. I look forward to my visit and have no doubt it s going to be a good one !

So far the people at the ink factory have been easy to communicate with via email and its been a positive experience. It seems they take careful consideration when choosing the right artist and are very helpful. I know from friends, the ink factory's expertise will ensure a quality, long lasting tattoo I've been dreaming of for ages !!

I picked the Ink Factory for my first tattoo because I have seen the amazing work they do on Instagram. I walked in to schedule an appointment and they were very accommodating to my schedule, as I am in a study abroad program.

was looked after, the staff and artist are very helpful and welcoming. if you feel a little nervous they really do make you feel comfortable and leave you at ease. then you leave with a perfect peace of art on your body.

Impressed with the covid precautions. Staff were friendly. Studio is immaculate. Adam did a great job on the tattoo. He's seriously versatile when it comes to different styles. I'm not the most articulate when describing what I wanted so Adam made some changes to the initial drawing and it only took him a few minutes. Thanks again guys

Love the Ink Factory! Had a piercing back in October and was made to feel so comfortable by everyone in the place! Was so nervous heading in (first piercing other than ear lobes) but that all disappeared as everyone was so nice! It's sooo clean and you're instantly put at ease as everything is explained and any questions I had were fine... nothing was too silly! All the after care advice was great and I followed it so had absolutely no issues with my piercing! Just been back today to have a smaller piece of jewellery put in and was remembered! Again a fantastic experience from start to finish. Thanks guys! I'll be back!!!

So far so good! Waiting for my first tattoo in Ireland. Everyone I talked to so far was kind and easygoing. Shop looks great too. Modern and comfortable, simple, but stylish.

So far I've only been in to have my consultation ahead of my tattoo appointment next week, but already the atmosphere at The Ink Factory has me excited to get my next tattoo done. Despite dropping in early on Saturday afternoon, the place was already buzzing (literally) with barbers and artists working away on customers, and plenty more flooding in while i was there. A good sign I'd say! The friendly and helpful staff really make you feel welcome and comfortable. Looking forward to getting back to get my tattoo done now.

Absolutely chuffed with my tattoo and the store is ran so well given the pandemic, the staff are extremely particular about the sanitation, the staff where all lovely, they looked in on each others work and they could bounce ideas off each other, I had Kate as my artist and she was absolutely amazing, super professional and super passionate about her work and made sure I was comfortable and everything was just great

went in for my very first piercing ever. very nice staff and nice atmosphere. only downside was an hour wait which is understandable for a busy store, piercist was very good at calming my nerves and my piercing was done well.

I am blown away by the talent of the artists and the welcoming environment. I booked an appointment while on holiday from the US, and the staff was nothing but helpful. I have been to other tattoo parlors (in the US ), but nothing comes close to the ink factory. Can't recommend them enough! Fernando was incredible and very kind. I'm grateful for my experience here and would definitely come back if I'm ever back in Dublin

I regularly visit the The Ink Factory, be it for they're amazing tattoo artists or they're incredible barbers. This place not only provides brilliant services but they're created an atmosphere and environment which is unlike anything else in Dublin. Can't speak more highly of this place.

I am going to be visiting Dublin from the states and I have to say the team has been super communicative about my initial inquiry and connecting with me and my boyfriend about our tattoos. We are beyond excited and love their social media presence!

Great artists, really down to earth and easy to talk to!

Have a few comments on my experience. Had other people pushed ahead of me so that I was waiting a half hour after my appointment was supposed to start and the artist even tried to fit in other people in the group ahead of me before the man at the front desk had told him multiple times how long I had been waiting. It didn't seem like the artist had really looked over my email with my design before I was in front of him. The shop was very clean though and I wish I was happier.

I am from The United States and was unsure of what tattoo shop to go to in town. When I walked in, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, helping me to work around my schedule while I'm in town to make sure I could get an appointment. They answered my many questions, and gave genuine and honest advice to help me in my decision. I could not have asked for a better experience from the staff!

Got a piecing today and it was a great experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a member of staff. The guy who pierced my ear was so friendly and made sure my piercings were identical and joked around with me as we did the piercing.

I had my first tattoo done here, everyone was very nice and I had a wonderful experience!

My experience with the Ink Factory so far has been exceptional. The staff are incredibly helpful and professional, the premises are clean and spacious, and the communication has been swift throughout the entire process of scheduling my appointment. Although I needed to wait longer than I'd have liked (about a month and a half), I sincerely believe that the wait will have been worth it. Once my tattoo is complete, I will update this review with further details.

Update: My tattoo healed beautifully! I had some issues with the second skin bandage that was applied after my tattoo was completed and I was able to go back the next day and have it reapplied as soon as I walked in. Throughout the entire process, my artist (Diana) was very responsive to my questions and suggestions, and we were able to alter the design to fit exactly what I was looking for. It was all a great experience and I highly recommend the Ink Factory.

Super professional and friendly. They keep in constant contact via email to make sure everything is done the way you want it to be. I'm vegan and they have a vegan artist which is a huge bonus for me. The location is easy to get to and the shop itself is gorgeous. I came here after being recommended to by a friend and I'm really happy that I did.

Very excited to get my new tattoo on Saturday from Ryan! Already looking into coming back to the ink factory to help finish my sleeve. The artists have been nothing but helpful with discussing my design and giving me the help to make the design just perfect!

I'll be having my second trip in to the guys at the Ink Factory this weekend and cannot wait to see what magic they will come up with for my design. Great to deal with, great atmosphere and all round super in tune with customers needs. The correspondence over and back was initially slow but once we nailed down a consultation and everything they have been more than responsive and helpful. Looking forward to Saturday guys.
