Have a few comments on my experience. Had other people pushed ahead of me so that I was waiting a half hour after my appointment was supposed to start and the artist even tried to fit in other people in the group ahead of me before the man at the front desk had told him multiple times how long I had been waiting. It didn't seem like the artist had really looked over my email with my design before I was in front of him. The shop was very clean though and I wish I was happier.
