My experience with the Ink Factory so far has been exceptional. The staff are incredibly helpful and professional, the premises are clean and spacious, and the communication has been swift throughout the entire process of scheduling my appointment. Although I needed to wait longer than I'd have liked (about a month and a half), I sincerely believe that the wait will have been worth it. Once my tattoo is complete, I will update this review with further details.

Update: My tattoo healed beautifully! I had some issues with the second skin bandage that was applied after my tattoo was completed and I was able to go back the next day and have it reapplied as soon as I walked in. Throughout the entire process, my artist (Diana) was very responsive to my questions and suggestions, and we were able to alter the design to fit exactly what I was looking for. It was all a great experience and I highly recommend the Ink Factory.
