Front desk is very open and accomodating, Anderson Felix is a great artist, very happy with my overall experience.

Misleading information on website. Not all services are available at specified times on Sunday at least. Barber shop with no barbers available. Should be clearer.

Not only are the guys talented, they really make you feel at ease whether it's your 1st, or even your 50th tattoo. Super professional and always great to follow up with as regards aftercare. They're my go to and would always recommend them to friends and family x

Professional, courteous staff in a well-maintained studio. LOTS of artists available with varied specialities, so there's something for everyone. My mom and I got tattoos on our last night in Ireland. She was nervous as it was her first and everyone was lovely in how they answered all her questions and walked her through the whole experience. I can remember who did my mom's (turned out great and she loves it) but mine was done by Niamh and I couldn't be happier!

I ve gotten two piercings from Neil and he s been absolutely amazing every time. Such a nice guy and makes the whole experience so much easier. Wouldn t go anywhere else!

So far so good. Went in said what I would like and brought a sketch with me. Artist gave me different ideas and did a bit of brainstorming. Can't wait to see what he comes up with.

I've been there for piercing and haircuts, and I'm getting my first tattoo there next week.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, barber's and piercer hold themselves to a very high standard especially in terms of customer satisfaction. Great hygiene from piercer which I am quite conscious of.

Ever since the time I walked in the door they were all so friendly. I was so nervous when it was coming up to getting my piercing but they were so nice and told me I had nothing to worry about. I was in and out with 10 minutes and they we so professional. I'll definitely be going back for the rest of my piercings.

Just got my nose pierced here yesterday and the guy was amazing! This is the second time I got my nose pierced, the first time in the states, and this was so much better! The piercer was very calm and talked me through the whole process. He described to me exactly what I was going to feel, how long it would take, and how badly it would hurt. He even got me some water when I asked for it! Also, he got me thinking about something else so that when he actually pierced my nose I was distracted and barely felt a thing! Not to mention, the rest of the staff are so kind and helpful! Such a funky fun atmosphere! Would definitely recommend!

I recently visited The Ink Factory for a consultation with Adam. He was running a few minutes late and texted to let me know which I felt was really thoughtful of him. The consultation went really well...in fact I'm booked in for next month! I instantly got a really good vibe from Adam. He made me feel really comfortable and was easy to chat through the design with. I feel like Adam took a genuine interest in me and what I wanted and you can tell he just loves what he does which is great. I'm looking forward to getting inked by him!

Got my first tattoo done here with Adam Colins. He was an absolute gent from start to finish, so easy to work with and he did an unbelievable job. I can only imagine that this tattoo parlour is filled with artists of the same talent. The whole place also took loads of extra care considering Covid-19 which was great to see. I m already thinking about what to get next, and I m definitely getting it here!

Getting my first tattoo done with ink factory today and the process of booking with them has been so easy...can't wait to get it done!!!

Really sick vibe from this place Everytime time I'm in. Staff are friendly, attend to your needs and are in general nice easy going people. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else for going for a tattoo in Dublin.

I only have positive things to say about this studio and their artists. I have come to get both tattoos and pierced and every single staff member is friendly! The studio is spotless, always playing tunes and you're 100% sure they'll give you all the details you need before, during and after your appointment.

I have come here for the last 5 years and will come back in June to get two pieces added- which I cannot wait for!

Got my first tattoo in the Ink Factory last year. Such a positive experience! The artists are fantastic and all the staff are very friendly and supportive. I am getting another tattoo this year and I have already booked the date with the Ink Factory as my experience was so positive last time. I would 100% recommend the Ink Factory to anybody considering a new tattoo.

I'm booked in for a full day session with The Ink Factory for this Saturday (04/08/18)

The process thusfar has been very satisfactory. Communication has been very open and thorough throughout, pricing very much in line with my expectations, and booking easy and transparent.

Particularly impressive so far has been the artist, Michele Spallacci, who, from our first discussion, really helped me to delve in and hone my vision for the piece, and provided great insight from his perspective on what would translate well from paper to skin. Michele had a much deeper discussion than any other artist I spoke with in Dublin when planning the piece and deciding on an artist, and ultimately this, coupled with his previous work, was the deciding factor in my decision to choose The Ink Factory.

I will update following the actual tattooing session, but given the quality of work I have seen, I have full confidence that it will be exactly as I planned.

Got my first tattoo from Iain C ...extremely welcoming, settled the nerves and told me what to and what not to expect and made sure my drawing was perfect before he started. Awesome dude!
Decided to get my haircut as well and booked with Conor who is an absolute gent and extremely talented as well. Just showed him what I wanted and he literally recreated it to the tee ...if not better. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great haircut/tattoo. Thanks again lads!

The owners of The Ink Factory (Rob and Tom) were extremely attentive and professional with me after a minor problem that I had in my first visit to the shop. They contacted me to apologise (repeatedly) for the small misunderstanding, treated me with extra care and offered a compliment, which was very satisfying and generous. So I went back, scheduled my tattoo appointment with Michele Spallacci, a very good tattoo artist. Talented, patient, friendly and totally understanding.(guys, you better ask for him!)
Shoutout to Sham and Paps -who handled my consultation and tattoo bookings- they were super nice and helpful.
I just had my first tattoo, and so did my daughter, we will definitely go back for more.

A little late, my experience was from August.
Very accommodating, very clean. A note, cash only. No cards.

Not a five star, but only because we had to wait quite a while to be seen. It's not their fault, as they were quite busy the only day my friend and I were available, and the customer before us changed their mind a lot. The staff did try to keep us entertained, so it wasn't like they neglected us or anything.

They had great communication with us in planning things out before we arrived in Dublin. Our tattoos turned out great (nice detail, no color bleeding or anything like that) and I love that they emailed aftercare instructions to us. The tattoo salve is pretty great to get there too.

The people there were very informative and helpful, and my girlfriend got a great tattoo in the process and is very happy with it! Thank you!

The ink factory is my go to piercing place in Dublin! I recently went there to get my nipples pierced. I got pierced by Darragh (sorry if the spellings wrong). They were unbelievably professional and the piercing was very well done ! Everyone there is incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

Cannot thank the IF gang enough for my amazing experience! Adam was absolutely brilliant and explained everything in thorough detail , ensuring he knew what exactly I wanted in my tattoo. Booking/consultation process was super easy and efficient. I am doing coverup that I felt a tad embarrassed about but instantly was put at ease during consultation meeting. So I was left with lots of confidence that I will be looked after. Going in to get tattoo today so feel super excited!

Really lovely atmosphere in there. Staff are helpful and very accommodating. Place looks professional, clean, and (as a side note) they have great taste in music! I went in for a consulatation and instantly knew this was where I wanted to get my first tattoo. The guys I talked to were all super into it and came up with great ideas and I was so excited to get back in and get it done. Also the coffee is absolutely delicious and made with love. Everything was great and I look forward to returning!

I've been there to cut my hair. I was very happy with the cut I've got. I was exactly was I asked. Very friendly staff and very nice atmosphere there.
I friend of mine got a small tattoo there and she was very happy with it; I was there with her and that conviced me to go there and try it.

I have gotten a piercing and a tattoo at The Ink Factory and am so happy I found them! The prices are really reasonable, especially for the quality of work you receive! Rakan is an awesome guy with some good banter, and he made the piercing experience quick and painless. Aline, one of their resident artists, has an absolutely incredible and unique portfolio - and the staff did an amazing job booking me in with her. They even helped me change around my appointment last minute when I needed to. Overall an amazing shop with really chill vibes, awesome and helpful staff, extremely talented artists, and 5 star customer service! Will definitely be returning again soon!

entire process through booking to the tattoo itself was fantastic. Keith and all the staff in Parliament Street were wonderful to deal with for a first tattoo, really helped but me at ease for the whole thing.

Studio is very clean and professional. Staff have always been friendly and welcoming. I'm going for my 3rd tattoo from Jack Mangan this week. I'm really pleased with the other tattoos he's done and having seen the rest of the artist at work I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of them. I've brought friends along for piercings too, Rakan was very helpful and reassuring. I haven't anything negative to say about the studio and would highly recommend it to all.

Decided to get a tattoo while I was visiting Dublin. Wanted to get one at the Ink Factory after looking through there website and reading other reviews. I was able to get an appointment the next day after enquiring. The guys that work there are friendly and offer good advice regarding your tattoo and the shop has a great atmosphere. Would recommend anyone wanting to get some work done to go.

Really cool shop with a friendly atmosphere and packed full of talented artists . I m in the middle of a leg sleeve with Jack mangin and I can t recommend him enough an extremely talented artist and an absolute gent to boot.

While going through the process of scheduling and putting my tattoo together The ink factory had wonderful customer service and was extremely helpful and flexible around my schedule.

I have gotten tattoos and piercings here and every experience with them is great. All of the staff are lovely and really helpful and the artists are all incredibly talented!

So far so good. I sent a message to them Saturday afternoon enquiring about a tattoo prices and got a response straight away. The information was great they told me everything I needed to no. I dropped by the shop today so I could show them what I wanted where I wanted it and a few tweaks I wanted changing from the image I showed them. They where more than helpful said they'd be able to change whatever I wanted. Able to fit me in quickly as well due to get tattooed Friday!

I m getting my tattoo on Saturday, I met with Felix Anderson a few weeks ago and showed him some of my ideas, he was great and showed interest in my ideas and defo came across as passionate about his art and work. Also my son has been pierced here also very clean, professional and lovely

Very friendly staff. My girlfriend is scared of needles and was nervous about getting her nose. The piercer was very patient and helpful. He went through what he was going to do and helped keep her calm

Although I don't have my tattoo yet, I was met by very nice and welcoming staff that were ready and prepared to answer any of the question I had. I feel very confident and sure of getting my first tattoo here, and look forward to the finished product.

Following my consultation with Aline Wata in The Ink Factory a couple weeks back, I was left with a great impression of the atmosphere and of the staff there. This will be my first tattoo and I was feeling very new to everything but not once was I made to feel out of place.
Since then I've been in contact with The Ink Factory over email with any issues or queries I've had and they always been very quick to respond and extremely helpful.

I have several tattoos but my experience at The Ink Factory was amazing. I was a walk walk in client with no appointmen and wanted to get a big color piece done on my arm. The staff was friendly, professional, and assisted me in choosing an artist for they type of designed I wanted. My tattooist Kieth, was easy to talk to, extremely talented and gave great recommendations on the piece I wanted. I was so impressed with Kieth s work on my tattoo and the amazing staff at The Ink Factory, I am going back to get more work done. I would recommend theink factory to anyone who is getting a tattoo for the first time or the 100th time.

Easy to have an appointment during the following month even if they have a lot of bookings, the place is very clean and the members of the team are eccletic in their styles which is a good point for choosing the exact artist corresponding to what you're thinking about for your tattoo.

My friend and I went in to the Ink Factory for our separate consultations this morning and we couldn't be more happier! Maja Bohemian seemed to know what we wanted tattooed better than we did, she is clearly experienced and came up with ideas we wouldn't of even though of getting. The price is reasonable for the size/location of the tattoo and I can't wait to come back and get it!

Really lovely place and staff. Got one tattoo from them back in February and am getting the second very soon! I highly recommend this parlour as the atmosphere is great and would be the perfect place for someone who is thinking about getting their very first tattoo!

The Ink Factory has been very helpful, kind, and welcoming of my wife and I as we set our appointments and consultations. We are traveling abroad for our honeymoon and they have ensured to provide us with the most welcoming customer service on constant communication!

Went to the Ink Factory to get a piercing and book a Tattoo session. The team are very friendly and really interested in their clients. They really make you feel at ease. They are very knowledgeable about their craft and are happy to share advice- They accommodate vegan preferences using ink and after care products. So far so good!

Got an excellent cut by Conor after several weeks without one due to Corona. He listened to what I wanted, offered advice and executed it well. It was my first time there but will definitely be using them from now on.

The Ink Factory is amazing! Incredibly helpful and very accommodating. There were four of us looking to get something done together while on vacation. They worked with the dates/times that we had available and did a phenomenal job!
