I met with a salesman named Alex Garcia and he helped me come in to my appointment with a car I was previously in, to walking out with the keys to a new truck. I am from O'Fallon Missouri. Consequently I searched every Ford dealer on the Missouri side of the river for a great deal on a truck. I was very happily surprised to find a great truck and a great price at Jack Schmitt Ford in Collinsville. So, they kept talking about taking their "special offer." Finance through the banks they are partnered with, get $1000 off, easy! However, look at the prices. That $1000 is built into the KBB estimated value of the car. So, they raise their prices by $1000 and offer $1000 if you take their 5.9% apr (with good credit). Thats so crazy.

I will not give them any stars. I had a terrible experience in service. They are misleading and will try to overcharge you. They specifically did the opposite service of what I asked them to do. Craig was trying to take advantage of me for being a female. By the end of the service, he didn't even do what I had brought my car in to do (get a transmission flush) Craig has zero customer service. When I told him, I wasn't paying $100 for nothing, he threw my keys at me and walked away. My family and I will never use Jack Schmitt Ford again. This behavior and service should not be tolerated.

Great service and professional conduct. Went there to get my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid fixed. Found out later that the previous owner of my hybrid got into an accident and modified the car. I needed 3 parts replaced and they waved the labor fees for the latter 2 parts.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience buying our 2018 Fusion Sport at Jack Schmitt in Collinsville. Nicholas was great. He set up our meeting and answered all my questions via text messaging. This made for a super smooth and easy transaction. They accommodated to my schedule and I believe they stayed late to finish the deal as we were the last to leave that night. I found the trade in deal to be extremely fair. The dealership is clean and comfortable. I located this car and drove 20+ miles to purchase. I would certainly come back to do business there again. Great customer service does not end once the papers are signed at Jack Schmitt Ford Lincoln. Roy Roach is a perfect example. He stays in touch, making sure that you are happy with your purchase. He s there to help! He is currently helping me find some information about the Navigation System in my car. He goes above and beyond and it is very much appreciated.

I can t say enough about my experience at Jack Schmitt! My salesman, Mo, was AMAZING! He was so nice. The whole process was carefree and easy. Who would have ever thought a car buying experience could be good?! I ve never had an easy experience and this was easy. I never had to haggle, they gave me exactly what I was looking for in regards to my trade, allowed me to take the used car to my mechanic to get the all clear as I was nervous about buying a used car, and then they had all the paperwork completed when we went to sign. We signed and were out the door. I ve never liked a car salesman so much that I ve felt the need to go back to them but I wouldn t want to do business with anyone other than these guys. And Mo was just so personable and amazing!! Thank you for being so wonderful!!

They were prompt and courteous, and they were fair when I took my truck in for service. Very much went above and beyond to honor their warranty on a bad replacement part from the manufacturer. Didn't try to wriggle out of it or sell me things I didn't need. I would recommend, and I would do business with them again

My battery kept dying and they gave me an appointment the next day. Yay! But no loaner available. Boo! Battery replaced ( bad cell) and back on the road the next day. Only reason for four stars is no loaner. With a used car lot across the street, I d think they could have offered something, anything. It was stressful finding a ride to the city at such short notice. The loaner perk was one of the many reasons I bought Lincoln. The actual service was fast and efficient.

This would be my first time using Jack Schmitt Ford but the experience would definitely get me back. Dan in service was straight forward, knowledgeable, and worked with me to get my needs met. He explained and answered every question I had and made sure to keep me up to date as my repairs were being made. As Dan said, if your needing to visit him, it's never for a good reason but he will work to get you in and out as painless as possible. Thumbs up to Dan and the service department.

I custom ordered a Mustang GT from another dealer in the area. A month had gone by since I signed the buyer's order and given them a $500 ordering fee and I hadn't been contacted at all about my order. I called them and asked if they had heard anything from Ford yet and they told me no, but to call back the next day and they would have something for me. Well I called back and they told me they hadn't ordered the car! I was pretty upset, so I canceled my order with them, got my money back, and then went to Jack Schmitt Ford in Collinsville. The salesman J.D. Delong and sales manager Jason Lyons were great to work with when custom ordering a car. They made sure I had all the accessories I wanted and I actually got a better deal by buying from them, rather than the other dealer. A few weeks after the order I did have a problem getting a couple phone calls returned when I called asking if the car had been assigned a VIN yet, but I sent an email and it was answered in the same day. My car just came in a few days ago and they took care of getting me the best financing available so now I'm driving happy in my brand new GT! I've been telling everyone I know about my story with the other dealer and then how I went to Jack Schmitt and got a better deal. I've been suggesting this dealer to everyone I know.

UPDATE 8/1/2018:
Had a great experience with purchasing the vehicle, but we were told we would be receiving info regarding our warranties in the mail. 2 monthslater, we have not received anything. We have been calling the dealership/texting our salesperson for the last 36 hours and have not heard from anyone. Frustrating. I am going to be removing stars from this review every 12 hours or so until I hear from them.

I will update and let you know how it goes!

Finally after 48 hours, we heard back from our salesman. He said he would have John Stubblefield call us. My wife is actually the one that got the call from him. She told him that she was unavailable between 3:30 and 5:30 and if he was going to call at that time, he should call me. Well, John called my wife during the time she was not available. He informed her that we wouldn t be getting the information we were told would be coming. Frustrating....

Anyway, I m leaving the stars at 4...it was a 5 star purchase experience...no question...but trying to get a return call just a few months after purchase was in believably frustrating.
