My battery kept dying and they gave me an appointment the next day. Yay! But no loaner available. Boo! Battery replaced ( bad cell) and back on the road the next day. Only reason for four stars is no loaner. With a used car lot across the street, I d think they could have offered something, anything. It was stressful finding a ride to the city at such short notice. The loaner perk was one of the many reasons I bought Lincoln. The actual service was fast and efficient.
