I will not give them any stars. I had a terrible experience in service. They are misleading and will try to overcharge you. They specifically did the opposite service of what I asked them to do. Craig was trying to take advantage of me for being a female. By the end of the service, he didn't even do what I had brought my car in to do (get a transmission flush) Craig has zero customer service. When I told him, I wasn't paying $100 for nothing, he threw my keys at me and walked away. My family and I will never use Jack Schmitt Ford again. This behavior and service should not be tolerated.
