I custom ordered a Mustang GT from another dealer ...

I custom ordered a Mustang GT from another dealer in the area. A month had gone by since I signed the buyer's order and given them a $500 ordering fee and I hadn't been contacted at all about my order. I called them and asked if they had heard anything from Ford yet and they told me no, but to call back the next day and they would have something for me. Well I called back and they told me they hadn't ordered the car! I was pretty upset, so I canceled my order with them, got my money back, and then went to Jack Schmitt Ford in Collinsville. The salesman J.D. Delong and sales manager Jason Lyons were great to work with when custom ordering a car. They made sure I had all the accessories I wanted and I actually got a better deal by buying from them, rather than the other dealer. A few weeks after the order I did have a problem getting a couple phone calls returned when I called asking if the car had been assigned a VIN yet, but I sent an email and it was answered in the same day. My car just came in a few days ago and they took care of getting me the best financing available so now I'm driving happy in my brand new GT! I've been telling everyone I know about my story with the other dealer and then how I went to Jack Schmitt and got a better deal. I've been suggesting this dealer to everyone I know.
