UPDATE 8/1/2018:
Had a great experience with purchasing the vehicle, but we were told we would be receiving info regarding our warranties in the mail. 2 monthslater, we have not received anything. We have been calling the dealership/texting our salesperson for the last 36 hours and have not heard from anyone. Frustrating. I am going to be removing stars from this review every 12 hours or so until I hear from them.

UPDATE 8/2/2018
Finally after 48 hours, we heard back from our salesman. He said he would have John Stubblefield call us. My wife is actually the one that got the call from him. She told him that she was unavailable between 3:30 and 5:30 and if he was going to call at that time, he should call me. Well, John called my wife during the time she was not available. He informed her that we wouldn t be getting the information we were told would be coming. Frustrating....

Anyway, I m leaving the stars at 4...it was a 5 star purchase experience...no question...but trying to get a return call just a few months after purchase was in believably frustrating.
