This review is about the service department. I've previously had a positive experience with sales. I bought my Escape new in 2015 here and was happy with the process.

The service department here, on the other hand, is a total mess. The first time I took my car in for work was when the stitching was coming up on the back seat, 3 months after I bought the car. My original service contact quit and didn't pass my info on to someone else so I was left waiting for months before I called to find out they didn't even have me in the system. They then "fixed" the stitching under warranty but it was so terribly done the service agent was embarrassed to show me. Before he even showed me the repair he said, we'll definitely get this done right. They had me drive from Pooler to come look at a repair job that they were embarrassed to show me. They eventually replaced the whole cover and fixed the stitching.

During my second service visit, they scratched and dented the driver's side door and kept my car for almost three weeks to fix it.

I would definitely recommend going ANYWHERE else for service. The people here don't care about you or your vehicle at all. It's frustrating and not worth the team or money.
