Still 5-star service. Knowledgeable both about my car & in regards to scheduling.
Thomas Noel is the man! He was able to quickly alleviate some concerns I had, explaining the engineering and function of some tiny rubber parts on the doors. While conversing with Thomas, he was eager to resolve more of my concerns than I brought the car in for, but he didn't push or make me feel uncomfortable when I conveyed that I had time-schedule obligations which prevented me from leaving my car longer than I expected. Thomas suggested that I bring extended warranty info back to him so he could review that contract and see what magic he could work specifically in regards to the pain of leaving my car for over a day.

So I just took my car in for some cosmetic issues which they resolved. I was worried they wouldn't believe me when I said something rattled when it was warm outside, but they found it, fixed it, and more.

Each employee interacted with was empowered and interested in helping me. When I called to schedule, at one point I was on hold for about 30 seconds when someone answered and asked me why I was on hold, I'm pretty sure that was a manager.

While I was at the site, there was a frustrated and loud person, their team (multiple people) handled it like pros, and the person who was loud, left happy, but not because they did whatever was necessary, but they knew the lingo and had the techniques to de-escalate. They could understand the person's frustration (who can't empathize when it comes to the feeling of your car not working?), they related to his issues and were all empowered to make a plan that was in everyone's best interest.

They sent me a survey once and I wasn't 100% satisfied, and they contacted me to find out more and addressed my issues. This time, I was 100% satisfied, and they asked I review them on google.

I haven't dealt with other car dealerships at the level I have here, but I have nevertheless been impressed by their service and envious of the power of employees, if only all businesses operated this way.

They also donate to a lot of local charities, as indicated by some signage I saw. I just wanted to give them recognition for that!
