Rooms where smaller than expected but nevertheless stay was enjoyable. Taste of food was kept with foreign nationals into consideration.

The Regal and Heritage like feel to this place is appalling and makes you wanna visit again. Obviously expensive and very costly for your pocket but worth it as it is an ITC hotel :D

ITC HOTEL IS THE BEST HOTEL IN JAIPUR.THE STAFF IS SO COPERATIVE.THE FOOD OF IN JAL MAHAL& JAIPURIA WS SO GOOD THEIR CHEF MR.NAVNNET SINGH& SURENDER SHAH.THEY TAKE EVERY THING LIGHTLY.THE GUEST SHUOLD NOT HV ANY PROBLEM.ROOMS R VERY GOOD.&HOUSEPING PERSON MR.PURAN IS ALSO NICE MAN.

I am a frequent visitor of ITC Rajputana. I always get awesome services & commendable hospitality from ITC Rajputana. The staffs of the hotel take always extra care to see that the guest feel pampered & comfortable. I am really missing Rajputana in this lockdown period. I am missing all staffs there who are really commendable for their wonderful behaviour & service. I am also missing Rajputana's finger licking food. Looking forward to visit ITC Rajputana soon.

Recently renovated, the place looks beautiful now. The lobby is especially very grand. The food of ITC is any day better than most places nearby. We chose this property over the Marriott in Jaipur.

Rooms are really nice and comfy. I liked the heritage look give to main corridor and the management. I've faced no issue regarding their services, Also ITC is already renowned for its First class services.

Excellent luxury hotel situated in the heart of pink city Jaipur

Located at the heart of the City, the sprawling hotel caters to all the need of a visitor, be it leisure or business. All the major tourist destinations in the city are a maximum 30 min drive. The rooms, even the basic ones are big in size. What sets the hotel apart is the excellent people who staff the hotel; Starting from the reception in the hotel to the hotel services. Peshawri restaurant is a must and not to be missed.

It was an excellent experience of staying over here along with my family friends. They provide us some additional services which was not included in our packages as complementary. Their staff members behaviour was very supportive and cooperative. I will revisit and restay there. Food quality was exceptionally good and hygienic environment.

Any hotel has its two components, one is the room and the other is dine in.Most of the hotels tried to provide a good breakfast but invariably fall short of it As the food menu in virtually the same and tastes the same.
NOT SO AT ITC RAJPUTANA
Where, special efforts taken by Chef Gokul and Chef Parul along with food manager Surender who ensured that our breakfast was a memorable experience. The food was not only different but it also tasted delicious whether it was Indian or Continental.
We were served eggs Benedict and savoury waffle, chocolate crossiant which were not in the regular menu or the bakery section where we had variety of muffins and custard
fruit Danish.

All in all, a breakfast long to remember.

Excellent Service good clean hotel rooms and bath. Good hot showers. Food a little on the expensive but excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel on your next stop in Jaipur.

The ambiance of the hotel is good. It's got an old and princely look. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The restaurants are good and so is the food served. The hotel rooms needs makeover though. It looks and feels old. The bathroom and few other places needs bit of cleaning.

The rating is as much a reflection of the quality of this Group Hotel as its intrinsic quality which is part of the brand. Excellent rooms, facilities and services with all the usual amenities associated with 5* hotels including multi-cuisine restaurants. In the foyer last night, on Christmas Eve, the Hotel had arranged a convivial performance of Christmas carols sung by a choir from the St. John The Baptist Church of Jaipur. The familiar carols were all there but the musical arrangements were all modern and up-beat! The youngsters in the audience particularly liked this and had the lyrics out on their cellphones! The Management passed a few gifts, drinks and excellent Christmas cake around.

Here the hotel is one of the five star hotels of Jaipur, situated in front of the Jaipur railway station, it offers all five types of five star facilities.

The hotel is too good and the services provided the staff is beyond the imagination.

Nice property, excellent location, but very lousy staff. Not worth the price paid at all.
