One of the best heritage hotel of Jaipur. Well maintained property however staff need be more friendly as they suggest u take stairs rather providing way to lifts which works with room cards only.

Horrible rooms which haven't been renovated in years. The rooms in the wing we stayed it had water seepage and mold was going in the walls. The staff refused to acknowledge the problem. After a bunch of back and forth they accepted the problem but said that there were no rooms available. We saw multiple times maintenance people just repainting the parts with water damage so it couldn't be seen.

You can smell the mold in the rooms. Would never stay in this hotel again.

Wonderful a great luxury hotel near railway station

Well this place is nice and grand. You would love it and hate it at the same time. Love it as you feel good. You feel like walking in your mansion but you feel bad as the feeling is just for couple of moments and then you start feeling comfortable. The surprise party kage is just for some moments and then all it left is average hotel experience

A luxurious brand hotels, with multi restaurant, one of the most great taste vegetarian restaurant pesawari, dal bukhara is one of the famous dishe, if you get chance taste once.

We had dinner at Peshawari. The food, as expected was exquisite. The famous Dal has not changed in years. We had a lovely time.

Beautiful hotel. My first time staying in an ITC hotel and I was considerably impressed. I had heard good things about the ITC group but had to see for myself. The hotel was very clean and they served a great breakfast buffet.They also change the food options often which is great because most places don't do that. Got to try many different dishes. My favorite was still the dosa.
The gym is well maintained and they have a good selection of machines to use. I also tried the steam room and sauna. It was very nice and relaxing. After a long day of touring Jaipur, it was sensational. I did not go swimming but the pool are locked great. The grounds are very well maintained and the staff go out of their way to make sure of that. Overall, the hotel's service is wonderful and I would come back here the next time I'm in Jaipur. They even went as far as creating a 2 day itinerary, outlining the must see spots of Jaipur, which was very useful. Also, the hotel is centrally located to all the important/must sees. This was very convenient considering the heavy traffic and long time it takes to get to your destination. What more can you ask for!

Good Hotel with fine hospitality. You find this uniqueness rarest of rare in most of the hotels.

It's a very nice blend of traditional heritage with modern conveniences. The food is really nice and the staff is very warm and courteous. Just a tip, use an uber instead of the in house cab. The service is the same but the price is less than a quarter.
Also be sure to see the evening folk dance and songs. They are really nice.

One of the most luxurious hotels in Jaipur. It is close to the city centre and to most of the famous markets as well. Choose this spot if you plan to relax in a resort set up

U will get verities of food... Staff was soo humble, polite helpful.... Ambience was also good...

Really slow service man, like super slow.

It took almost an hour to deliver a water bottle to the room. I had to call thrice to just to know that coffee sachets were not available.

In case, you are traveling there, please ensure to carry both water bottle and coffee. Lol

Nice place with beautiful ambience and peaceful place

The oldest or rather first 5 star hotel at Jaipur. Located in heart of Jaipur near Railway Station. Reaching this place invite travel on crowdy and very busy road but once inside the property it is marvelous. Nicely built, perfect ambiance, grand reception lobby and lovely hospitality. Food is mouthwatering, famous for veg and non veg food, makhani dal of this place is unmatchable.

I wouldn't recommend any other hotel to stay at when you're in Jaipur! Loved the place and the food
