ITC Welcomgroup Rajputana Sheraton, Jaipur Review

It's a nice hotel. The entry is in a crowded place. The exteriors are ethnic but gives a slightly worn out look. Food is nice. Staff is nice. Rooms are reasonably good but could have been a little better.

The location is awesome and a paradise for Dollar guests.. very near to railway station and other tourist sites.. even the popular shopping plazas are around.. the surrounding area are not so appealing.. the room do not have a view.. the banquet hall is not that big to host a lavish event

Hotel is ok as rates are very high but facilities are very less. Staff is not coperative.

Nice hotel. Only 2 lifts and rooms are very far from reception areas. You need to walk a lot in this hotel. Make sure you select the room near to reception area if you want to avoid too much walking.

The beautiful hotel of Rajasthan is the perfect hotel and symbol of civilization. The restaurant restaurant is famous here. Very good food and service follow the highest level. It has been a memorable experience.

Nice area. Rooms were bit smaller than other ITC. Staffs are ok not like other ITC properties. Breakfast Food was great. But being Jaipur this property is a good option , keep the expectation low.

Needs spray in toilets and Toilet paper.
Tub bath outdated.
Need proper one more handle in bathtub

The location of the hotel is quite inside the city which is very crowded and inside it s not bad and the service is good food quality is good..they have not upgraded the property for last so many years..so it becomes boring..swimming pool is not maintained properly..

For me it's the best hotel property to live in Jaipur. I have been staying there for more than 10-12 years!

Outstanding LEED platinum certified property in the heart of Jaipur. Stayed here for a weekend retreat. Exceptional hospitality, staff are very courteous and leave no stone unturned in taking care of you. You can see the attention to detail in everything from the welcome jamun drink, to the choice of pillows you can choose from. Lavish breakfast buffet spread at the Jal Mahal restaurant is arguably the best I have experienced in India. Overall, a truly sublime experience.

Hotel is excellent. The best part of this hotel is room service . I had a great experience . Totally recommend this hotel .

We ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and the ITC Rajputana is perhaps our favorite hotel in the whole world.

The staff were incredibly courteous. When we went through our tea selection quickly, they replenished it promptly, and then made a note to stop by in the evenings to give us more. When my girlfriend got makeup on the washcloth, they left cotton removers. The quality of hospitality was comparable to the finest hotels, and unprecedented for India.

The restaurants in the hotel are fabulous. The buffet breakfast is expansive and worthwhile. Peshawri was the best food we had in India. Room service was prompt (though, small portions).

The hotel has a good gym and spa, with some of the nicest changing/shower/sauna facilities I ve ever seen. The gym is lacking but accomplished a lot in a small space it has a Smith machine, machine press, leg machines, treadmills, lat pulldown with rope attachment as well, light dumbbells up to 40lb, and a small barbell.

The hotel is impressive when you walk in you are (always! Day and night) greeted by a smiling mustachioed man in a big red turban. It s a lovely touch. The lobby is beautiful, the pool is charming, and the wall art throughout the hotel is very tasteful and interesting.

Warm hospitality, delectable food, clean, cosy and comfortable room, are all what make this place worth staying at. The incredible performances by the local troop organised every evening truly highlights the rich cultural heritage of the country. For me, revisit to Jaipur would surely mean revisit to Rajputana !

Wow from the moment when you enter the hotel and you are blown away by the sheer of luxury and beautiful, spacious lobby. It is all so opulent and stunning. As soon as you enter the security scanners we are welcomed with world of luxury. It an amazing feeling. The Sheesh Mahal is amazing and love the pool site.

This place is worth five stars. We were in Jaipur on a weekend, the trip was as relaxing as it could be during summer . There is always a reason for everything, and my reason for taking away the fifth star is my experience during checkout. I was all set to leave, yet was at the billing counter for over an hour because I wanted to pay. I could have left without paying, because no one was paying attention. (Probably I should have just left without paying.)

I came with my family from last 2-3 weeks I was continuously travelling and I stay different properties but ITC Rajputana is one of the best pproperty I experience in my life. . They have given me such a beautiful memories which I can not forgot
As a hotelier I can understand the responsibilities off the staff you have to give your 100% but specially Mohit we are so happy from him we do not have words for him so polite so hard working excellent service we meet him in coffee shop it was so crowded then also he handle the situation so calmly next day we meet him buffet restaurant and he knows what we want so we do not need to order anything we enjoyed a breakfast because of him. my husband was not well from 2 days because of travelling a lot he used to take a breakfast our room taking care of my husband. . He was from Service Department then also he make my room we call housekeeping but there was not properly response. thank you for giving such a beautiful memory Mohit thank you for your suggestion for shopping in Jaipur really enjoyed going to come back to meet you mohit
MS Aditi very beautiful lady she continuously available for us. we get to know a lot many things about the property last day we want to meet you both you were not in the property but surely we are going to come back to enjoy the hospitality again.
