Luxury and feel just what I can say, A better place to take out your better half for dinner.

Excellent property with spa, swimming pool, spa, gym and more...
Breakfast is lavish with wide range of options.
Heritage property which takes one back to old Rajput lifestyle.

Luxury indeed!!! However, was not very pleased with the staff behavior. Above rating is just for the ambiance and two stars for everything else.

Best place 2 visit... vintage hotel.. best service....

One of luxury hotel in jaipur city. So everything is there from dining to pool, gym etc. Rooms are pretty clean staff is cooperative. Nice and pleasant one day stay for me.

It was awesome. Tidy and classy. Such a beautiful place to have drinks and have a nice time.

In the midst of the hustle and bustle of Jaipur is this oasis of calm and peacefulness. The atmosphere is elegance and the staff are totally service oriented. Security is good with screening of all entering vehicles and even bag cray screening on entry to the hotel. The rooms are very nice and well kept. The buffet breakfast and dinner were very good with a myriad of choices for both Eastern and Western palates.the Peshwari restaurant is not to be missed if you are interested in a more upscale dinner experience. The lamb dish was as good if not better than I have ever eaten and their specialty black dal was superb.

Not upto mark for what it used to be. Services have deteriorated badly.

Nice property, taken care very well being low on staff due to the pandemic. Chef Gokul was great, served awesome food.

Stay here... very good hotel... Only for business class people.... so. For all.

I can definitely recommend the hotel. The staff was lovely, the rooms super nice, and the food delicious. Also the spa and particularly the Kaya Kalp massage, the house s signature treatment was fab. It truly was the perfect way to end our trip in India. Andy was fantastic, very professional and thoughtful!

The royal 5 star hotel which serves at the centre of Pink City

The entire property is really good. Great space for conferences and all although the rooms seems to be a little outdated. Otherwise great mahience in lobby

I enjoyed my fab stay in this majestic 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Jaipur; a city filled with Raja-Maharaja history.

Alleys too long and winding... A couple more lifts at the rear reaches of the property would do good.

The best hotel in jaipur. Have been visiting Rajputana since my childhood. Fell down in the fountain in Chandravanshi I think. Great memories!!!

Stayed here for 2 days. Had a lot of expectations considering this is a part of the luxury series of the ITC group, however ITC Sonar had set my expectations a bit too high and I must say I was a bit disappointed with this property. Some of the staff were arrogant and spoke crass. The property is not very well kept.

Well spent 3 days of my vacation time. Had amazing food all three days.
Hotel room was clean and comfortable. I will go back again and definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

When It comes to luxurious stay it has to be the "ITC Hotels", The brand name attached and the hospitality by ITC Rajputana Jaipur, staff right from entry gate to reception, to chec in, to travek desk, to buffet breakfast, to extra bedding/ cot for the infant, to the roses & cake deliver in room at middle of the anniversary night and to the room decor/theme on the anniversary day , to the musical night , to the chereshing ambiance, to the summer smasher swimming pool , or relaxed stay inside spacious room. to the billing at check out , it's all flawless . I appreciate and miss the best hospitality one can expect for, My wife and my self would like to thanks specially to Mrs Aditi Razdan, who ensured all above mentioned things are in place and expectations meets reality. We miss the ambiance , look and feel of the Restaurants "Jaipur Pavilion"& "Jal Mahal" authentic food and fell of Rajasthan makes it special experience,
Will be happy to visit again

My first working experience in jaipur 5 star property is itc rajputana it is so luxary or so beautiful the lobby is very differnt compare to other property i love the lobby of the itc rajputana.

Very nice hotel. Beutiful after redecoration. There is a high chance of meeting a celebrity here in Jaipur.
