Old world charm, old but very nicely done up and royal feel. Food is delicious especially at bukhara.

Beautiful lobby with nice artwork and fountain when you enter. Feel of luxury hotel, great staff.

I have stayed at this ITC property on many occassions. Right next to Railway Station and in heart of city it is an excellent property for stay.

Staff is very helpful and courteous and Ms Kanak on front Desk was very helpful.

WiFi is good and rooms are spacious and have upscale ameniries. breakfast is elaborate and well laid with multiple options. Pool and Gym facilities are excellent.

Value for money and place is worth trying.

Undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Jaipur. The place is known for their dal bukhara and soothing Ambience. Quality of rooms is simply amazing, they do their best to provide a memorable experience.

Luxurious hotel. Good ambience and food. Helpful and courteous staff.

Some staffers were not helpful at all, in fact they were stopping other staffers from helping us for an early check in request. Also, the service guys to guests ratio is really low especially during breakfast and not everyone was catered to well.

Suggestion would be to make sure the staff is trained to treat guests well and be helpful to them.

The rooms are good. The food is extremely reasonable and tasty at the same time. The staff here is excellent!!

I visited with my family and the front desk was very helpful nd also dviced us where to go in the city. The breakfast was better than what I expected and food from Peshawari cuisine was delicious. Though we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, but it left a great impression on us. We were very impressed and hope to visit again after lockdown.

Ok place. Expected more from an ICT Hotel. It passed its hay days. Old and worn on the edges. Nice breakfast and gardens though. Would I stay again? Absolutely not.

ITC Rajputana, is the Good 5 star Hotel in Rajastan. We are the Road Traveller, So our 1st preferance is the best safe parking of our own SUV. In this matter this the Best 5 star Hotel along with the Best Car Parking Service.

We found this hotel charming. The welcome is warm and the service efficient. Nothing to say in terms of cleanliness. Comfort of the correct bedding (even for the extra bed). The breakfast buffet is very complete as well as the evening buffet. The pool is clean and nice.

Had a super confortable and lavish stay. The food at Peshawari was unbeatable. The rooms were sanitised and all the precautionary measures were duely taken at every corner of the vicinity. Would love to go there again! Thanks to Aditi for making our stay splendid.

The hotel did not disappoint; I had been told that I would experience the real Indian hospitality and I really did. From the check-in until my drop-off at the airport, everything was easy and comfortable. The service is outstanding. Everyone was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to meet my needs. My check-in was late at night and the staff made sure that it was simple so that I could go to bed and rest. The hotel concierge helped me plan a day of sightseeing and organized my transportation around the city. Being a woman traveling alone to India, this made me feel very safe and comfortable as I went to discover some of the temples, gardens and historical buildings of Bangalore. The hotel is located in the city center with great shopping opportunities nearby such as the Commercial Street. Access to the airport is also easy and with the complimentary airport drop-off service, it is very comfortable. All the cars have WiFi, which is great for checking emails during the 60+ minutes the transfer takes. The rooms are decorated with timeless elegance and they are also equipped with an iPad that enables you to manage everything, from lighting to the TV, to ordering in-room dining or having your shirts pressed. Everything is there at the touch of the screen. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant at the Polo Club bar is great, I had one of the best hot chocolate gateaus in my life. The cherry on top of the cake was the complimentary massage at the spa. Overall, a great stay. I will for sure book again at The Oberoi next time I am in Bangalore.

Excellent hotel, spectacular ambience. Interiors of hotel room was excellent as well. The bathrooms may require a slight new makeover. The property is very good and the restaurants were good too.

The autentic dish of peshwri restaurant was great..the front office and HK staff were very co operative and hygiene was mantain properly..would definitely recommend my friends n relatives

I visited ITC RAJPUTANA for an experience with family a few days back. The COVID19 sanitization protocol was followed to the T.
In fact, I was impressed with sanitised cutlery placed on the table and staff taking full precautions.

Now, I was here during tea time in the evening. Someone who visited ITC Maurya Sheraton, a few times back in Delhi, I'm aware of the kind of experience they provide in terms of overall hospitality and service.

I expected the same from this property as well. And, I was disappointed to the core.

When we entered Pavillion, only 2 tables were occupied and we requested a table for 4 on the other end of the restaurant away from the main entrance.

We requested for joining of the table which the staff refused to do. Now, I understand the COVID19 protocol, but these guys were so dumb that they just couldn't guide us properly. Considering you are travelling with aged parents, this was the biggest disappointment for me.

Now that we were seated, started scanning the menu and placed an order for coffee and assorted bread basket. Sandeep took our order for the day. Again, it was challenging to grab their attention.

The servers were not attentive. The worst part when we said "Excuse me" 2-3 times to call the servers. (No I'm not exaggerating but purely disappointed) There was another table next to us with a family where I could the servers visiting frequently.

The coffee was served and one of the cups had spilled over marks of the coffee. Is this a local coffee shop? Another thing which I thought was missing was the complimentary cookies served alongside. I may be wrong to expect the same but we got some lovely cookies at other ITC properties.

We were enjoying our coffee which was perfect for the evening. The aroma, the texture was wow!! But again, the assorted bread basket had not arrived. Again after a few "Excuse me" greetings, our server came. The bread came late when we were halfway through.

What did I observe? Your service really needs work and better coordination. I could see 3-4 staff members together and only 3 tables were occupied which couldn't be managed properly. Forgot service, the overall experience was unexpected. Pathetic!
