I stayed in ITC SONAR for 15 nights in January 2020 and and hired another 70 rooms for 2 nights for a conference. We were extremely satisfied with their service, attitude and professional behaviour.
We are so pleased that are planning another conference in January 2021.

The service was bad. The food took very long. However the food was great.

Fantastic service - I felt safe and secure in this location, the staff was friendly and respected my wishes regarding room service, the food served was of high quality, and the restaurants on site were varied and delicious. I will 10/10 stay here if I find myself in Kolkata again

Beautiful hotel with brilliant food options. Must try Peshawari Restaurant for kababs. The ambience is just too good coupled with professional services.

Went to peshwari for a dine in. And I must say this was one of my best dining experience. And I loved the ambiance of this outlet and the foods were delicious specially the kebabs. After the pandemic they are keeping the hygiene points in their priority which is very appreciable. The staffs were very helpful and among them Ms Trisha was very knowledgeable and polite, she coordinated me a lott. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Experienced maintenance issues with, worst being bath tap filters falling out and into the bath of my pregnant wife which is completely unhygienic and had sharp parts to it so unsafe in general. Management were not interested in the complaint. Will definitely not be staying again unless things change drastically.

Not very big or flamboyant outlook but nice cozy place. Specially water lake inside with full of fish and lotus.

Wonderful food though five star prices but you get the whole experience of luxurious fine dining.

It's perfect. Amazing property and amazing location. Loved the food too. Especially their in-house specialty restaurant peshawari which is quite famous. They also have a secure ladies floor with a lady guard.

Nothing can beat experience of being at ITC....waiting for its new property to come over!

Luxury come with its name.. A place where you feel the Royalty.. delicious cuisine served with enormous flavors, from North to East West to South.. American breakfast menu is just one thing to starts your day .

ITC Sonar has big open area for events like marriage and similar events. Management of the hotel during events are very well trained.

Best in the city. Comfortable rooms. Hospitable staff. Was an amazing experience. Will be returning back soon.

It was a fantastic night, arrangements were outstanding,staffs were elegant and the night was spent well

The services of all staffs are very cool and cordial. Specially the presentation and cooperation of Priyanka and Anjalina the guest relationist always served as a family member. The ambience and gardening of hotel are also very pleasant and attractive.

Great place for staying and fooding, very well decorated, the most attractive thing is their floating garden. Highly recommended.
