The place has gone from good to bad to worse...the staff is won't listen/respond to you when you ask them for assistance. So much so that in our case they were arguing between themselves in front of us as who should clear the plates. When we gave the feedback they questioned (almost verbally charged us) as why we rated them negetive. Park Sheraton was probably much better. Crowne management should take this seriously, they have serious competition in the city from Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott and all...

Had been there for a conference. The air conditioning was a bit too cold. Overall the ambiance was good.

Midnight dance club Gatsby 2000 is really good. Liquors are quite expensive but that's how it will be as it is in a 5 star hotel.

Amazing 5 star hotel located at the heart of Chennai. It also has a disco in the Ground floor called Gatsby. It's one the biggest Disco's in Chennai. It has a ladies night on Fridays where they serve free Vodka and chips.

The food is no so tasty. Hot coffee served as cold coffee. The price and quality not for an middle class Indian.
