Liked the ambience, though the front office staff could have been more courteous. Concierge is very efficient.

Excellent hotel, with cooperative staff and the services are top notch! They make sure you have a pleasant stay!

Went there with family, so 9 people in total. Service was very good, and they handled us lot quite easily (which couldn't be said about Madras Pavilion at the Grand Chola). The buffet had a big spread and all of it tasted very good, but the important thing is that I felt the dishes were true to their history in terms of core flavours. The ambiance was superb and all the surfaces were clinically clean to the touch.

Some Managers are not good at all in their behavior. Beautiful hotel but pool is not that good. Dinning choices are preety good. Rooms are good. House keeping is the best part here very decent workers. Overall its a star hotel need some improvements specially in the managament sections. Thanks

As a photographer, I hate this place for the kind of treatment you get as vendor. In order to reach the event halls, you have declare all your belongings, next you are only allowed to use back door entry. And they offer no help to carry the gear & luggages.

Declaring your belongings may a good thing for a photographer, but offering no help to reach the halls which on the 2nd floor is such a pain.

Wish they make a change

Crown plaza hotel is located in a place well accessible from the main areas of the city. It is well connected to the rest of the city areas too.. Hotel is good but the rooms, especially the toilet and the furnishing bears a look of an old hotel rather than a modern one.

The staff are good and helpful as observed in different divisions of the hotel. So it gave a homely feel during the stay. Staff at the restaurants gave more personal attention than many other star hotels.

Though not a hifi one, the stay in the hotel deserves recommendation to prospective customers.

Very nice ambience and service but the food spread at buffet is not up to to the mark. I have been to crown plaza in other countries and Chennai centre has a lot of room for improvement

Went there for a training. They've got decent infrastructure

A very cool place with multi facilities to live with.
We stayed for over a week and utilized it's resources fully.
Swimming pool for starters is very good to start the day followed by gym.
After that there are 5 cuisine to select from and eat up with 2 bars to enjoy the nights.
Rooms are spacious with ample of things to use up.
A really good 5 star hotel with stay room charges upto 3500 for single room double person for one night which is really low for a 5 star hotel.

It's a grand place . With good service one funny thing the floors starts from 21 to 27 not 1 to 7 but over all good hotel

Good hotel but the food is descent services are good. But it takes too much of time for the car to come from the parking.

Had a bad experience here. The curtains of my room were torn and even after complaining , noone cared to look into the issue. Also in general I believe the room wasn't serviced well enough, bath tub wasn't too cleanso also the crockery.

Rated 5* for the Dakshin restaurant.. amazing south Indian thali out there...

Old park Sheraton and now crowne plaza . Good place to stay

Dakshin, my favourite South Indian restaurant is located here. The cafe (don't remember the name) located on the ground floor of the hotel also serves good food if you want to grab a bite and a few drinks after midnight.
