Has lost its splendor and appears run down specially the banquet area.

Excellent courtesy and good ambiance. Rooms were spacious and food was finest in south Indian.

Bought a cake for a function and the cake is good and tasty.

Ambiance Excellent but need more variety food items

This place is class act ... Loved the way I was treated and pampered with attention. The food was mind blowingly tasty. The food presentation was beautiful. So their Westminster bar is fully stocked and their lil cocktail accompaniments were very tasty. Their 24 hour coffee house had a large variety of cusine and the staff are very friendly and give a lot of suggestions about what is the best to savor. They have a buffet that is fit for the king. Every dish had to be tried and enjoyed. Everyone should visit it

The hotel is run down and.old.compared with other 5 star hotels here in Chennai. Also they charged my son and I 6000 rupees which is about $100 to use the pool for 3 hours. Ridiculous
Would rather go to Leela, Park Hyatt, Westin or any other luxury hotel here.

There is no facet in the bath, no fan in the room (although the room has ac, people like me still need to hear the sound of a fan) All in all, it's a average hotel... So much for being 5 star... Disappointed :(
