ITC Hotels-Park Sheraton Hotel & Towers ,Chennai,India Review

One of the Timeless 5 Star hotels of Chennai. If you want old world charm with luxury this is the place to be. The swimming pool and hotel have been featured in many of the yesteryear movies. The IPL teams also stay here.

The hotel is quite spacious and the rooms are luxurious. Do not expect the new-Gen swankiness it's the old world charm that enthralls you. The staff here are experienced and very courteous.

The restaurants offer high quality and tasty food. I have not stayed in this hotel to comment on the service but have visited the restaurants.

Though it's pretty expensive, the place is amazing to the core! The food, the place and everything is extremely great

Hotel that in its times should be one of the best in Chennai, currently comfortable, but you can see the years. Acceptable breakfast

Ate at the restaurant in the hotel (Dakshin) on a Thursday evening. Highly recommended for the thalis.

Can get crowded though as sometimes a single person may be sitting on a table for 6.

The residency buffet the variety and the wide varied delicious spread together with the impeccable Crowne plaza service really makes for some unforgettable moments.

Needs room renovation, Gatsby is not as great as hyped.

Prominent hotel in the heart of the city formerly known as Park Sheraton, also the locals know it as the Adyar Gate hotel. Good facility with 5 star amenities.

Excellent service even in lockdown condition i am staying here for about 2 months and they are providing excellent service in the crisis also .. I would like to appreciate rohit the guy in the coffee shop excellent selfless service .. Thank you guys for the support in these conditions.

Gatsby is a nightmare.. This was the feeling i got on a saturday night. You can imagine how one would feel for new year eve.. They charge men 3k for cover and nothing for women.. So all the highly paid hookers have made this place their headquarters.. Most chinky hookers occy the couch until a customer gets hooked.. So dont expect a place to sit unless you paid extra to reserve a table. Drugs has unlimited supply here.. 3k for entry on a regular night for men because all men are unruly and free for women is an irritating subject.. Once inside you see them totally out of control falling on the men and misbehaving a lot. Girls here get a feel of Vegas i guess.. They just scream and dance as if they just became the next Jennifer Lopez.. Liquor inside is the price of a proper 5 star hotel.. Overall it's a good place to meet and take someone home for the night.. Not someplace you would go as a couple or with a gang.. Finally.. If you are getting a drink inside.. Go with few who can actually guard you and the drink.. Else by the time you get back with the drink.. Most would have already got spilled.. Its that crowded.. They have a boring dj too..

Nice place but staffs are friendly to make the old place feel good. Restaurants are super pricey but ordinary in taste of food. Parking valets expect a tip no matter what and it shows in the their face.

Real 5 star. Went for a meeting with dinner. Amazing ambiance and food.

It is located at one of the happening areas in the city. I really loved the newly built up area and the rooms over there. They are a class apart.

Ambiance was okayish but the actual thing started at around 10:30 ish. Food is a scam. Drinks were good.

Very expensive food. Restaurant's crowded, with a lot of waiting time to get served. The ambience and visitors place is quite cosy.

I was given room no 2320 which had a terrible view and room quality no way near CP standards. They missed my airport pickup. Over all bad stay. Checked unto Rain Tree Hotel very close to this hotel. Very nice room.
