Good Hotel i Adayar. Previously The Chennai Park now renamed as Crowns Plaza with a new management and new looks. Food is good.

One of the best hotel, that I ever visited, with a awesome ambiance, and a very friendly and polite staff.
Their restaurant is also good, they serves delicious and freshly cooked foods. Overall it's a good experience.

Food staff hygiene location ambience everything is just perfect. The dakshin restaurant which serves southern cuisine is amazing. One must try this.

Went to attend a marriage reception. The food was good, particularly Dal Makhni which people in Chennai find hard to prepare. However, had to wait for about twenty minutes for valet to get my car from parking. Avoid this hotel whenever a function takes place as there is just not enough access space for cars either within the hotel or roads outside.

Crowne Plaza, Chennai is convinently located near the city center, Rooms are good n Service was perfect, Especially the Check-in and the Check-out process. Highly recommended.

A lot of exhibition gets hosted here. Even I took a part in one of them. Food is really good. Not too blank and not too Indian. Parking system is a pain though. Staff is well behaved. Rooms are averagely priced but you can get a better deal if booked in advance. Dint find a lot of Hindi speaking staff but English is understood by all. Hope this helps!

As with any other Crowne Property, experienced world class customer service yet again. Courteous staff, good food and an awesome time with family and friends. Being a weekend and a few private events happening, the lobby was crowded.

Amazing staff and mouth watering food. Had the breakfast buffet. Its just amazing. The staff is very courteous and prompt to attend to your needs. The rooms are big. Well stocked with the usual amenities. The room temperature though can't be controlled or the control doesn't function.
WiFi is available as well. Comfortable bed. As in not too soft and not too hard. Pillows firmness is just right.
All in all a lovely place to book and stay in.
