Place is good but some cases the value is not given to customers or guests who attend d for an local event. Better think about this rather than money.

ITC Kakatiya is a grand and greatest, prestigious 5 star hotel in Hyderabad.

Had a very substandard food at K&K. Fish was smelly, Biryani was awful. Gulati was horrible.

Grandeur is maintained well and peaceful place... Good for official get togethers.

This family-friendly Hyderabad hotel is located in the business district, within 3 mi (5 km) of Hyderabad Central Mall and Birla Mandir Temple. Lumbini Park and Kasu Brahmananda Reddy National Park are also within 3 miles (5 km).

This hotel features 3 restaurants, a full-service spa and an outdoor pool. Valet parking is free. Additionally, a nightclub, 2 bars/lounges and a health club are on-site.

All 188 soundproofed properties feature WiFi and memory foam beds. Comforts include premium bedding and pillow menus, and guests will also find conveniences such as washers/dryers and coffee makers.

Awesome service and one of the nice hotels I've visited

One of the Sheraton group hotels in India ITC Kakatiya Hyderabad named on the lines of ICT Mourya New Delhi, ICT Chola Chennai, is a five star hotel located in the centre of city Begumpet offers five star facilities with experienced staff and tasty food and drinks. The large rooms and the beautiful ambience here makes a memorable stay. The place is acceptable from all corners of the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad not forgetting the newly developed Cyberabad.

Eating biryani is not worth because it's not up to the mark and Rs 250 for kinley water bottle it's nothing but foolishness.

Still a competitive hotel and has lot better interiors than other star hotels which are lot newer than this. ITC always has a charm and the food is the best

Food and service second to none in hYd. Had their leg of lamb and the kacche ghost biryani. Their colleagues at ITC koehnur can learn a thing or two on how to properly make these dishes .

Anshul Kumari is A Great Hostess
My 2 night stay becomes so pleasant because Ms Anshul makes sure that her guests are well taken care. She intuitively extend her help & really makes me feel so at home!

One one thing came in my mind awesome! I visited with my elder brother for dinner. What an experience we had. We were in restaurant downstairs. No rush , very peaceful and superb ambience. Food quality too notch. The best thing is they don't have overly crowded menu. Few options but with best quality. Most of the restaurant in Netherlands is like this. I loved it. Highly highly recommended. We tried chiken n mutton biriyani. Both were awesome. But my favorite one is chiken biriyani. And also do try their filter .

Really had a good experience here such a wonderful and comfortable stay.
Specially Shivam/jamal(room service) & kuldeep (front desk) helped me for an amazing experience.
These 3 staff are an assets for this hotel.

Room are disappointing, stains on the floor, thin and scratchy bedding, dated decor.
Pool looks nothing like the photos, it's warm and doesn't look that clean.
Also had issues with the power shutting off multiple times in a day?

What makes up for it though is the staff, they are very kind and go above and beyond!
Also food is great bit pricey but good.

I stayed at ITC Kakatiya for 2 nights due to a business trip and it was a wonderful experience.The rooms have a very tatseful decor and an old world charm.The food at their restaurants K&K and Dakshin are top notch.Overall an amazing experience.

A Very Luxurious place we had a very good experience in Dakshin.

A fantastic place for some Veg Biryani and Mitch Ka Salan. Wonderful staff who wait on you, very courteous and patient, always ready to help serve you. The ambience is great with light and soothing music.

Chef Raja was awesome and the front desk folks are too good,they always want to make the experience the best

Famously known five star hotel in hyderabad known for hosting big personalities like politicians, movie stars, cricketers and big internationals. It is also famously known for its beautiful location and services like pool, food and proximity to big places. Its food is highly popular even among the locals. The customer service is the best here from what I have heard.

The hotel is pretty outstanding. The food at the hotel was also very good, but can be fairly pricy.

This is a nice hotel but I had issues. When checking in, being a Marriott Titanium member, I was expecting an upgrade. I was told that due to my status, I would be upgraded to a two bedroom suite. I asked if there would be extra charges, since my employer was paying for the stay. I was told no, so I offered a coworker the other bedroom. These rooms have their own bathrooms ..etc. Well, when I checked out, I was surprised to learn that each of us was charged for each bedroom. I was a bit surprised and made this clear to management. I had to speak with several levels of management but after raising this issue and pointing out the above facts, I was offered 5000 points. I told them that I considered this somewhat of an insult, since this was basically double of what we expected to pay and 5000 points is kind of a joke. Anyway, no points, no refund, just a big fat "sorry you misunderstood". Some other issues were the bathroom was somewhat dated and I lost my robe in the middle of my stay. Overall, nice hotel, nice breakfast, but watch out for the "misunderstandings".

Food at Dakshin not worth relishing, ambience is good
