We had no veg thali. It is below average in taste. Of course the service is good. Hope they will improve the taste.

Nice place to stay in Kakatiya. Good food. Centrally located in begumpe, near old Airport.

3 stars because that's exactly what the hotel felt like.... A 3 star hotel. It seems like a very old property that is operated under ITC banner. The room have those carpets which stink.old style bathrooms and furniture without being quaint. But the staff is very courteous and helpful. Far Far away from the ITC Chola chennai standards

Excellent in all even food was good overall good to hangout

I travel a loooot, but it is rare to find such an exceptional quality of accommodation even when paying twice as much of what I paid here. The personal touch to the experience, e.g., the welcome platter by Priyanka, check-in with a very friendly guy whose name I can't remember, and the Concierge Mr. Durgaiah, made my stay feel like home. They were eager to help me see the city (in the limited hours I had outside of work) and asked to make sure I was having the best time possible. I ordered room service, and quality and attentiveness were impeccable. The breakfast buffet with the dosa station is to die for. I wanna go back to Hyderabad just so I can stay here.

Since there is change in management there some Gap in maintenance

Visited on November,good hotel located at centre of city,very near to mgbs bus stand and Nampally railway station. If you want to explore city it will best hotel recommended

Dined with parents for Sunday brunch at the Deccan Pavillion. Excellent fare, delicious food - then again the Khan-sama's in ITC are renowned for a reason. Shame I had only one belly.

Top-notch wait service and staff. Super-attentive though not in your face. Polite, professional and thorough. Loved the food, loved the service. Coming back here for sure!

Good food but need to trim portions they are too big

Food is not up to the mark. We ordered Smoky Grilled Chicken and all they offered was a piece of under cooked and non-grilled chicken to us; it costed us Rs. 650 + taxes for a slice of pure terribleness. All I enjoyed eating was its side dish which was baby corn and mashed potatoes.

When we questioned the staff, they just ignored our feedback and mocked our contempt by saying that the dish was perfectly fine and no mistakes have been made. Terrible experience.

I went there for an AGM. Enjoyed it very much. I enjoyed Tea the most. Hope to visit again.

Dined here at The Deccan Pavillion, the wait was worth it. As it took about 45 mins wait after ordering. Tried thier Shikhampur for the 1st time and I've fallen for it , so delicious, mouthful and belliful. Yeah, for maincourse we had Kache Gosht ki Biryani, which was on the higher side of spiciness but didn't regret it. One can try it! The Kakatiya Signature Mousse, was nothing but spectacular in presentation and every bite of pure original sourced chocolate indulgence.

Good hotel at the the centre/heart of the city. Staff is very cooperative.Rooms are spacious and comfortable.food is excellent and spread is very good at the restaurant.Gym and spa is also as per standards.Swimming pool is below average. Banquets are good with variety of options as per number of guests but food quality and spread at banquets needs improvement. Ample parking space for in-house and other guests

visited only once but had awesome experience. The recepcenist at hotel are well mannners and they well come you very nicely and they guide for everything from booking to finding room in hotels. First they scan your baggage before entering into hotel through scanner.

ITC Kakatiya is a great hotel, I loved their accomodation and respect for the customers, hotel rooms are with very nice furniture. Service is very good

Excellent ambience and centrally located 5 star rated welcome group hotel managed by ITC. Enjoyed BF idly, dosa and fruit juices, experienced card swiping machine problem.

Old Heritage looked hotel in the city of Hyderabad, this hotel has been there in Hyderabad for quite a long time only problem is the new immunities have been not updated in the swimming pool is very small you can't see that kind of a swimming pool in 5 star hotels rest everything looks good restaurants are good to.

Had a gr8 experience in here as a whole. Love to stay with them again.

ITC Kakatiya A hotel with very good ambience, the staff were also very courteous and helpful. I have come here to attend a party after a gap of many days and found that the hotel has the same charm, class and the food to was very good in terms of taste. The presentation of food was neat and well arranged. The banquet hall's ambience was very good. Overall I can say that from the time I entered the hotel and till the time I exited out of the hotel my experience was pleasent, great and wonderful

Dakshin restaurant takes ur breath away. Its a "BRAND" by itself...beyond comparison

One of the oldest hotels and still the best.Very well maintained and managed.Food is super tasty and awesome.Ambience is good and decent.Experience was good again as always and worth visiting again.Will visit again soon.

I had dinner there once . I actually didn't like it ,not worth the cost.there are better places then this for food.

Had organized a party for 25 friends drinks at Marco polo and dinner st Dakshin superb food and phenomenal service ...unbelievable experience . Thanks a ton Shiva and Chef Sankara. Couldn't have asked for more......

This is one of the sought after place for business meetings and luxury stay in the city. The hotel is located in an ideal location close to the business and government offices. Coming to the hotel, the ambience is excellent and the service is great. The food is great and of high quality. The chefs are of repute and best in the industry. Overall a great place for business and celebration alike.
