ITC HOTEL THE KAKATIYA Review

Good food, good ambience but a little overpriced in my opinion

I availed the buffet dinner at the Deccan Pavilion restaurant. Food is very mediocre with less options, considering the price. Service is not very impressive too.

All hotel members waiter house keeping many different job available but the give you very small amount of sallary 75%hotel staff from another state i work in hotel the give me 12 thousand and food only i pay 2 thousand extra for house hotel manager hotel owner earn lots of money but the don't give money to hotel staff amir oor amir banra h oor garib oor garib banra in jaise logo ki wajah s don't go to this hotel if you have any problem my comment contact me my insta id ..name .historywilldecide .msg me anytime

The ambience we received from the staff of the hotel in a marriage function we attended on December 6th 2019 was up to expectation and the arena of the hotel was looking good to its standards.

ITC Kakatiya can only give all the tastes of telangana foods with the blend of diffrent spices!!!!

Great hospitality. Welcoming staff. Awesome food. Prominent location... It has mostly best of what a visitor can expect. Huge spread of breakfast buffet... Must to have food at Dakshin, which has stunning ambience and delicious food. Hotel is very good.

This is the place where you can find the luxury of having a greatest time. The staff of this hotel is excellent. I felt wonderful to stay in this hotel for my cousin's marriage. The food that I had was good and the dessert was the best part of it. I thank each n everyone as well as each n everything for making it special and memorable!!

Its a decent luxury hotel. Food was good and so was service.

The restaurant is just great. Went there as a friend visiting India was staying at the hotel. The ambience and the food was fantastic. The biryani we had was amazing. (I don't remember which one) and do we're the starters. Good service as well.

It was a very popular hotel till the Hyderabad airport shifted from Begumpet to Shamshabad. Was conveniently located to old airport, businesses and secretariat. Once Business District moved to HiTech City area, many new generation high end hotels came up there. Since then the prominence of this hotel has come down.

Very nice. I compare it directly with other big hotels in Hyderabad such as Hyatt, Sheraton, Westin etc. There is a touch of heritage to it. Well groomed staff as it should be for such hotel but it's not always found speaking from my experience of Sheraton. Nice property as well, nicely maintained. The function was for a small gathering in a hall downstairs. The arrangements were good. Got nothing to complain. Will pose pics later.

I have stayed at several ITC hotels around India but was disappointed with this one. The room was comfortable enough but the service in the restaurant was poor and the food was terrible. It's not up to the standard of the other ITC hotels.

it should have made some provision for internet. such that if any guest who uses it's services must be allowed go have free internet for certain period. This must not raise any cost further. Also there are such further minor things.

Dining area is too dark, food is too bland, serving staff in dining is less better not ask about parking.

I have ordered tea waited for 30 min ti fulfill....

The swimming pool is too small. Though the buffet is good.

Midnight buffet on weekends.n mid night biryani in week days...good place for meetings..

The hotel is bang on with their management. Specially during these tumultuous times, ITC Kakatiya outshines as a hospitality benchmark setter. The staff is super helpful and they great with a smile on their face always. The safety precautions are among the best I have witnessed so far which made my stay extremely comfortable and secure. Although serving at a limited capacity the room service offerings are drool worthy. All in all one of the most comfortable and enjoyable hotel stays I have had in 2020.

Visited the Deccan Pavilion. Good ambience and service. The buffet menu could've been a lot more elaborate for the price.
