Not up to the mark
Taste of the food is very low
Muttan was tasteless
I visited 4 times because of first visit which was very good
After that three times it was bad expirience

Does not deserve to be part of The Luxury Collection of ITC, And certainly doesn't fell like one, requires immediate renovation and investment from the owner to maintain the otherwise old and outdated property.
The two stars are only for ITC's world wide known great food which remains the same for Kakatiya as well.

Excellent. All items are suitable for foreigners without doubt. We njoyed all items including juice.Buffet cost around 1800/- if it's special states food carnival . Normal it's around 1200-1400/- .It's worth trying .kids and senior citizens can njoy variety of items. Everything well balanced in terms of sugars or calories or spicy or tanginess. I loved njoying the meals with family and friends.

Very cramped shower area not fit to be called ITC room

Visited for lunch. The Indian Thali is not that good. The service of waiter was good. But they were cleaning the restaurant with guests sitting on table. That was annoying.

I m an ex employee. Now usually a guest. One thing that s absolutely great about this place is the Indian food. Newer hotels have more interesting rooms for obvious reasons!

ANGELA help us to solve the issue of the AIR CONDITION WHICH HAS STOP WORKING MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT .not happy with the restaurant service they said free room service and they charge for it 1000 rupees .after arguments gave us 100 rupees concession by apology

Restaurant was good but the service was very bad. Each time we wanted to place order or call waiter we had to get up and go to waiter and tell him.

Extremely nice place to stay while in Hyderabad. Excellent service, clean and friendly staff make this a great hotel. Situated close to local Hyderabad stores and businesses.

The hotel is very appealing. Security check at the entrance. Even the bags are also checked. Every person is checked at the entrance. Nice atmosphere. Very clean and tidy. Rooms are available for small technical forums. Food quality is very good. It's old but the maintenance is good. Courteous staff.

Decent room, property shows signs of aging. The food was good - biriyani in particular. The staff were friendly too. Overall a moderately good experience.

I was there to attend CII conference. The food was below average and seats were not good.

Most favorite since childhood, nothing's changed here, the aroma that you get the moment you enter us heavenly, excellent seating, heavenly taste and staff is utmost courteous...

If You find yourself at The Kakatiya, make sure to treat yourself to a meal at The K&K. A combination if you miss, would be a sin being Rarra Gosht & Warqi.

Rustic hotel which gives you a feel of the bygone era. Big rooms and elegance all around. Enjoyed the stay and service. But I do feel rooms need an upgrade. The breakfast can also be improved, felt it was very average.

Aah! Now that's a property of gold standard. Matches the brand value of ITC hotels. Keep up the good work.
PS: Never visit ITC sonar. They are the worst.
