Meeting Halls, lighting effects, Hygienic environment, Food everything excellent.

It was good hotel. But services were not up to my expectations as a 5 star property should.

Food could've been better. This is after I've had alcohol. And if you are ordering mocktails, stay away from Italian Smooch( it's plain. Lemon soda) Food review only for vegetarian. Everything else ambience, service, polite staff. Awesome!!

After 12 they're is only buffet not even ala karter

ITC has kept up it's reputation of being a luxury hotel along with keeping up it's rigour towards making it a green, environment friendly hotel with its hotel facilities. My stay was very relaxed, with efficient in room food service and amenities.

Good property, warm people, good rooms and the best smoking zone bar none. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options and for personal choices the staff is eager to help n fulfill as far as possible. One suggestion is to check on the quality of eggs being used, the bacon on the other hand was very good, would love to have had more pork selections. The bar is very good had some nice cocktails. The concierge and the front desk staff were always eager to help and a big reason to go back to this property.

Worst parking arrangement for big event in the town... I had to wait for 20 mins in the car queue to handover the car..

Everything is so perfect that I can't stop myself from suggesting you to stay here.. You will have good time here.. nice room, swimming pool, services everything... GOOD.

ITC Grand Kakatiya is simply grand. Dakshin restraunt serves absolutely , the choicest menu comprising of the finest beverages, exquisite mocktails and cocktails as well. The food is brilliant and delicious. The service is at the best. Money's worth.

Hospitable service. Staff are very polite. And good is excellent

Had a smooth experience without any issues during the recent visit. Valet parking service was good and staff hospitality was friendly and good. Food was tasty and worth it. Small inconvenience is that getting to flyover that leads to Banjara hills is a bit difficult as you need to cross 2 lanes immediately after exiting the hotel
