Be aware of this Provider! It is the worsted provider ever and is not a Uk based company and will lie to get your cash..Just google the company and look at the bad reviews.
Therepair sales people are so annoying I told them I live in hull and no one else can provide us broadband "oh we can provide anywhere in the UK " he was a pushy untrained chimp finally when he put me through to another department and they get my postcode "oh sorry I've just noticed your in hull and no one else can provide you " hello that's what I told you !!

Started well... and then started having issues with the payments.
No set dates of when money supposed to leave your account , fail to take a payment and then charging you for not paying on time.. and then they will disconnect your internet on the same day without warning.. all this after direct debit was set up!!!
Small company with the poor customer service, staff not trained to deal with customer queries. No decision makers or managers available to help you with your query .. not sure if there is any at all ...
Tried to get money back and couldn't so had to give up ..

italk are great just a shame about openreach can't do there job.
Not worth the one star as poor staff training and not on the phone when rang up in regarding the broadband issue when the broadband wasn t working for nearly two weeks and still get charged full price and set up direct debit without my permission and took the money out and still awaiting for the refund when they said it will being refund within 3-5 days and still waiting for it.

Dreadful experience from this company. I deal with a relatives's supplies and services as they are unable to but this company switched their telephone, which was part of a TV package, over to themselves. When I found out I asked the original company to get the phone line/number back but italk refused. When I cancelled the direct debit payment, italk set it up again, without my knowledge, under a different reference number. When dealing with italk about this matter over the telephone their male representative was very unpleasant to say the least.
BEWARE!! Had my new package cancelled without my knowledge. 'Attempts' to contact me were lies as no call history of such attempts on dates and times specified existed on my phone. Had a router sent out anyway!! Got email to say I would be charged for the router if not returned- they sent it to the wrong address!! Long story short go with Sky these lot aren't worth the hassle. Had one guy that knew what he was doing but unfortunately there are too many staff working there who have no clue what they are doing and don't give a monkeys either.

I have had numerous calls from ITalk, when I return the call a recording says the call was not important, but give the option to remove your number from their system - this does not work! I took a call today when I came in from work, they claimed never to have called me, I asked to speak to a manager to make a complaint, surprise surprise anyone more senior than "Clinton" was in a meeting - I was pointed in the direction of the website to make a complaint! Clinton would not give me either a telephone number nor an address for me to contact them on to complain about the number of calls I'd had. Do not deal with them!
They were very helpful & friendly. Gave me the number I needed to contact them. Honestly I gave him a bit of stick but he was very calm & helped me

Broadband keeps going down! Contacted them threw Facebook they was dealing with it then as soon as 7pm came they said your details were incorrect and closed the chat bang on 7pm can never reach them when I call as they never pick up the phone
I found that the personal at I talk very professional to deal with , the plans were made very easy to follow and I felt assured through the whole call that it was handled very well and easy to understand .
After being a BT customer for the last 50 years with lately getting rather disappointing service from them I now look forward to a New association with I talk whom on first impression seem a very good go- ahead company to deal with , Once again Thankyou Italk.

italk telecom are a bunch of thieves and liars! They not only can't produce the package they claim but they will also continue to take money from your debit card whether you owe the money or not. Offcom have been informed of their underhand tactics and lets hope this disgraceful company is soon wiped off the face of the earth!!! Future customers should realise that they need to cancel any debit/credit cards if they have a problem with italk (which YOU WILL!) they will try to take multiple payments from your payment card!
Unprofessional really dont recommend them at all I've got a long story but just not gonna even bother I'm tired of this company they literally want me to pay 110 pound within in one month just paid them 60 something pound now they say i owe them another 50 something i wont be paying nothing at all 4 days ago they just connected my internet again and now I just woke up to being cut off on a sunday this is what they call good customer service other providers give you 30 days no issue to make payment but italk is one of the worst they expect you to pay exploitation
They wake me up every morning with a phone call so many bank charges because they keep trying to take money out of my account even with I set a payment date to pay them its joke man I tried and if my internet dont get back on I wont be paying nothing and I'll be leaving them for sure this time I cant be bothered I rather pay a high price then to pay low price with bad quality customer service
Extremely pushy sales staff. they cold call you and then expect you to sign up straight away over the phone. For that I will not go with them, look at their reviews.

My own experience has been slow, although italk are sorting any problems out now. Once it's up and going I will be happy with the service, that is if there staff are anything go go by. Courteous staff that help when they can.

The best and the cheapest broadband provider. I have never had any issues like I used to with a previous supplier. The wifi signal is excellent for gaming and watching movies. Customer service is on another level/ polite and helpful! Couldn't be happier. Thank you italk for providing your service!!!

I've been with Italk one month short of a year and I've lost count of the number of times of interrupted and no service I've experienced, calling up customer services and going these steps of re-setting the router box and taking off the cover of the telephone socket to plug RJ11 directly to the inside socket. I think they should be paying me for such annoying inconvenience. Also was sent a replacement router not to long ago which was protocol of action in which worked for about a day and the next day i still experienced drop outs and intermittent service before finally no service i ended up having to purchase a EE 4GEE Mini 2 PAYG Monthly Wi-Fi device because i have to rely on a good constant broadband connection at all times 24/7 and having to wait a week for an engineer to visit something weird happened it decided to to resume service about 9pm the night before the engineer is due visit unbelievable..!!! I wouldn't advise using this company at any cost rather you pay a few bob more and get a reliable service.. I've now developed a fear turning my head around to look at the router to see if the internet symbol is still active, I've also lost out on a few good opportunity's due to this continuous problem.
Switched to iTalk got connected ,phone works but no internet. So much for the smooth switch over. Customer service to a call centre is about the only contact you have. No contact with technical support. The best the call centre could do ,is say technical support will contact you tomorrow. Big mistake switching to iTalk,excuses = poor service.

This organisation is a pain in the ' you know where'!!! They keep phoning me, with no answer. There is a message, telling you to press a key, to unsubscribe, which does not work!!! They are a damned nuisance and wish the authorities, would clamp down on them.

They failed to start my broadband service on the activation date leaving me with no internet connection for 2 weeks - so far - with still no word about when I will be connected.
The customer service line is dreadful. I've had to wait for over an hour whenever I have tried to call. And then nothing is done to resolve the problem.
I lodged a formal complaint and received one call from someone who made pathetic excuses for the lack of service and couldn't tell me if or when I would be connected.
I have given them an ultimatum. If they don't sort this out within 23 hours I will switch to another provider.
The initial person was friendly and helpful.5
However customer service after just sounds like a noise chat room.1

Very friendly customer service team. Not connected yet as coronavirus slowed things down but they kept me in the loop. Would recommend.
Horrendous company, they prey on the elderly and scare them into paying money.I really don't know how anybody that works there sleeps at night knowing they a ripping the elderly off.

Had problems with italk as i was ment to go live on 22nd January but did not go live till Sunday the 4th of Feb 2018 as they said there was a fault with the line. Now i am active the broadband is really fast great service. If your thinking of going with italk do it as its worth it. Once i did go live 2 weeks late i might add i have had no problems with land line or broadband speeds, i do agree they need to pick the phone up sooner rather then later the most i ever waited was 30minuets not hours but that is still too long to be on hold. I also find there online billing rubbish as it tells you what you owe but fails to tell you when your balance has been paid via Direct Debit leaving you to work it out, they need to add to the billing set up when they have got your payment as all other company's already do this like all there rivals lol. Please sort this out for all your customers straight away they won't tho as they can't be bothered.
Easy to setup as everything was done. All i had to do was plug it in on the change over date.
Have had no wifi issues no matter where router was placed.
