Visited the center for motorcycle charity event hog the bridge
Great place, been going for over ten years now. Excellent people that are all very helpful and there's always a great atmosphere.
Overpriced and the facilities on site were well below what I would have hoped for. Food was below average with little or no choice.
This was a great day this is where 5000 motorcycles parked up after. Hogging the bridge that's the Severn bridge England into Wales or Wales into England all for charity
Visited friends who were competing. Excellent venue and plenty of facilities for food and drink. Will definitely return soon.
Brilliant place to see equine events, top class facilities and very friendly staff. I drive and coach carriages for the Forest of Dean carriage driving for the disabled under the RDA, we needed some advise on surfaces and Found James was so helpful eventhough he was very busy. Thank you for your invaluable help. DJG.
Lovely cake. While watching the horses
Fantastic views. Tea and Cake what more could you want !
Very large venue with multiple arenas, used for dressage, show jumping, eventers challenge, working hunter, driving, and more. Fantastic array of jumps! Some of the stables look run down but there are plenty to choose from. Expansive lorry and camping parking. Lots of different events held there mostly every weekend and Cricklands riding club is based there. British Eventing Mount Ballan is held there but unfortunately the XC course starts at 90cm and isn't available to hire which is a shame.
Great place for competitions. Behind the scenes admin lets the place down
Place is good for horse events, however, the lodges and senior staff attitude all stink.
Good competition venue. Food. Lively events. Photography
Great facilities and entertainment for all equine enthusiasts. Good facilities for you and your horse. National competitions expertly run overseen by the man himself David Broome.
Great people who run the place, but no chips or veggie option at the cafe bit! And unfortunately to enter they use horse monkey! Awful site!
Had bought tickets for a weekend pass for Hoggin the Bridge event. Was told there was food on site, toilets, showers etc. Standards of toilets were similar to the days after Glastonbury finishes and thousands of drunk party goers had trashed it. But we were 1st on site. Wasn't able to buy food on site at all.
Admittedly the weather was shocking, but definitely wouldn't camp there again.
Great facilities that cater for eventers and visitors alike. Well organised.
Great place to bring your horses to show. The Pavilion providing good food and drink, with music at the weekend.
A lovely place, well laid put with all amenities and offering opportunities to many
From equestrian perspective excellent facilities and wonderful surfaces to ride on.
I cannot fault the customer service, I had an issue with the hook up I booked partly my fault as I didnt realise that you had to park down the bottom when the shows were quieter. I explained that couldn't move as we had set up and the jeep had has gone back home and in all fairness to Mathew Broome he apologised and said it should have been explained better and offered to come down and move me across to the working hook ups when he got back. As I didn't end up moving I was offered a full refund. I think little gestures like this go a long way and I was very grateful. Thank you xx
Our favourite stay away show venue. Fab facilities and great staff. Horses are always happy here.
Tremendous place to visit if you are interested in horses or not because you just can't help being amazed at the height of some of the jumps the horses clear. Plus the entry is free.
Good facilities and layout. Be prepared to walk as everything is spread out so make sure you're wearing comfy shoes. Hot drinks and bar available as well as food. Also had some burger type vans for quick eats and drinks.
If you're into horse events then it's a good place to go
Great venue for hoggin the bridge as long as its dry
What a place much bigger than expected. Temporary Stable blocks were a little bit too far from arenas but it was a huge show
Always friendly and accommodating. Even my non horsey friends/family enjoy it
Lovely venue with lots of space and really good facilities for the equines . Would really like to see better toilet and shower facilities and more of them . There are not enough to cater for the number of visitors and there should be a toilet / shower block in the camping area .
r the number if v
My second home...lovely enviroment...friendly staff
Had a great time at the winter dressage final. Great location and facilities. Did struggle with lack of signs to show us where we had to go to register etc but soon found our way round. Arenas are all very well maintained.
Wonderful place good food good surfaces good ring sizes
Love it. especially the Pavillion and the service/food from the Pickled Pumpkin Catering Company.
An amazing place to train and compete highly recommend have lovely place to have some really tasty food.
Very clean and well presented show grounds. Plenty of space and serves food and drinks from the club house.
Enjoyed the hogging the bridge event there well organised especially the guys on the paid and unpaid section on the entrance .
I love how close it is to my home. The staff are wonderful. James is the most friendly, professional and inspiring guy I have ever met.
Good facilities but the food and drink way too expensive
