Had problems with italk as i was ment to go live on 22nd January but did not go live till Sunday the 4th of Feb 2018 as they said there was a fault with the line. Now i am active the broadband is really fast great service. If your thinking of going with italk do it as its worth it. Once i did go live 2 weeks late i might add i have had no problems with land line or broadband speeds, i do agree they need to pick the phone up sooner rather then later the most i ever waited was 30minuets not hours but that is still too long to be on hold. I also find there online billing rubbish as it tells you what you owe but fails to tell you when your balance has been paid via Direct Debit leaving you to work it out, they need to add to the billing set up when they have got your payment as all other company's already do this like all there rivals lol. Please sort this out for all your customers straight away they won't tho as they can't be bothered.
