Absolutely the worst company of any kind I have ever had the misfortune to deal with - and I am over 60!!

They failed to start my broadband service on the activation date leaving me with no internet connection for 2 weeks - so far - with still no word about when I will be connected.

The customer service line is dreadful. I've had to wait for over an hour whenever I have tried to call. And then nothing is done to resolve the problem.

I lodged a formal complaint and received one call from someone who made pathetic excuses for the lack of service and couldn't tell me if or when I would be connected.

I have given them an ultimatum. If they don't sort this out within 23 hours I will switch to another provider.
