What an amazing gym with a great atmosphere, always a friendly face to welcome you, you never feel intimidated, qualified staff on hand to help you learn and progress, fantastic variety of classes with amazing instructors, its just like one big family.
Had a session before lockdown at Snap Fitness and loved it! So much space and potential for more kit. Shame I'm not in the area anymore as it would be my regular
Great gym has really good brand new equipment and a large area for free weights aswell as having a variety of running and cycling machines.
The best gym I've been to, made more progress in a few weeks here than months elsewhere. Staff are super friendly and helpful, great classes and great PT sessions - finally enjoying the gym again. Couldn't recommend enough!!

Great premises with a good selection of weight machines/ cardio units- which is where it falls flat of its face- there's a complete lack of ventilation in the cardio areas.
Places like Nuffield Health whom I presume are competitors, have individual fans in front of the rows of Wattbikes (of which there are non at Snap only 1 Technogym equivalent), even the closed down gym in Tetbury managed 2 big floor standing fans.
If your clever, you might take a treadmill under a ceiling air con unit - but your still close to over heating by the end of the session, and I don't consider the built in fans in the treadmills to be effective, at all.
Bit of a shame as I work locally and it's nice to break up a 12-14 hour working day.
Great new gym that offers a code selections of classes throughout the week. Good range of free weights and staff on hand for advice.
Excellent gym in Cirencester , staff are super friendly, helpful and importantly knowledgable. Facilities are outstanding. Squat rack, free weights , machines, benches galore and lots of cardio equipment. Good size class room also where they have multiple different classes running daily . Super clean! The team at snap take this very seriously and the gym closes for 15 minutes between sessions whilst we are in a COVID pandemic. Members also wipe down machines after use so you can be sure you are training in a safe environment. Nice member base also, people are friendly and help out each other. You have a whole range of beginner, intermediate and advance members so nobody feels isolated or intimidated as you can in some gyms. 100% recommend

If you ever dare to leave snap fitness be warned!! They will continue to take money from your bank despite canceling..I cancelled 3 months ago.. Apparently they have lost my cancellation form.
You can not cancel the payments through your bank due to the payment being set up via a card payment not a direct debit. My emails were ignored via gym and head office.
Even though the actual gym is nice and the staff are lovely when it comes to cancelling your membership, customer service is shocking! In my circumstance I cancelled my membership and I also lost my wallet whilst abroad so lost my bank More

Great gym with all the latest machines from Technogym. Staff are all friendly and helpful and know their stuff to help you get a good workout. Tried the Swing Train class, which was a lot if fun.

Friendly staff but water from the showers is that hot i had to join an other gym. Impossible to shower here, water is almost at scolding point

Moved here from the Everyone Active Leisure Centre and the staff are so much more engaged and there are a lot more machines. The large open plan layout also makes it a more inviting environment.

Great, no-nonsense gym. Lots of equipment and lots of options when it comes to short term access. 20 quid for a week, 40 for two and 44 for a month with no paperwork.

An amazing gym, managed by fantastic staff (Sam & Caley), and experienced, charismatic and helpful trainers. You feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door, and usually much fun & laughter during your time there!

I used to use Snap Fitness gyms quite regularly when I was a member as membership enables you to use more than one of the Franchise's gyms. I haven't been to Cirencester in a long time, but when I was there the Snap Fitness that opened about a year and a half ago I think is really good. It compares well to other Snap Fitness gyms within the franchise. Not sure when or if I will ever be back in Cirencester again, but would certainly use this gym again if I was. Fantastic gym.The equipment is all well maintained and very rarely damaged or out of use. All cleaning is taken seriously throughout COVID with regular cleaning and times throughout the day where the gym is closed for deep cleans.
The management team and PTs really make this gym. All very friendly and willing to help, from the Manager all the way through the hierarchy. They go above and beyond to make you feel like you're part of the team.

Terrible customer service. Cancellation procedures ridiculous. Money taken from bank card without permission. Manager was not at all bothered or apologetic after 3 weeks of waiting had to raise a despute through bank to get money back.
