Tim and braam are rock stars. These guys and place are great. They have restrooms games to play in the office. They explain everthing you are paying for up front. This is a top nothch place.

From the moment that my wife and I walked into the store, Braam greeted us and it was like we were old friends. He showed us all the features of his inside and outside storage units. We were able to get a unit that my wife was satisfied with. A week later I needed another unit on very short notice and Braam came through and had the door open and waiting on me when I showed up with a load. I like the cleanliness, security and the ease of entry of this facility.

IStore Self Storage is a very modern and clean facility. The staff are super friendly and had very good advice regarding what size unit I should rent based on my needs. I highly recommend this company!

Great place to store your belongings for both short/long-term purposes. Super clean facility with easy check-in/check out process. The owner Braam is a great guy and made sure customers felt safe storing their belongings. Love the fact that he and his staff are easily accessible and they go out of their way to help you. All in all a great place and I highly recommend it!

Braam and Cerisa really took care of me from start to finish. From my first call, to actually signing the paperwork for my unit, i felt completely at ease. iStore Self Storage is conveniently located between my home and my workplace. The grounds of iStore Self Storage are clean, and secure. The owner cares about his customers and taking care of the property.

The people at this place are fantastic, they make sure everything is ok and are so friendly. The units themselves are new and have great access , the location is perfect.

The owner is literally the nicest guy you will ever meet! Not only does he know his stuff, but he s not pushy, super nice! With more than reasonable pricing! From the minute I called to inquire until the moment I signed the paper and then some he was so nice and personable! Will NEVER go with the big name corporate owned storage companies again!!

The entire facility is clean and fresh, as though each unit had never been used before. Very reasonably priced. The staff is super attentive and friendly!

Very clean very well constructed facility. Owner was professional and friendly. This buisness is locally owned and operated and it shows, its nice to see when people actually care about doing a good job. Its a rare thing today. I would definately recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit he also had the best price i could find for the size i needed. It is nice that his great dane is always around shes very freindly and an enjoyable part of the experience.

Booked a Uhaul for pickup to move. Office hours were different online to on site building. Location was closed during "open" hours. Had to call and leave a message. Called back to find out it was not available or set up. Staff was on vacation and transfered my order to an inconvenient Harrisburg location. Was promised a credit and never received. Dissatisfied with this experience.

Bram and his team are beyond amazing!!! I was able to get into a storage unit the next day, after contacting them :) Not only did they trump local companies based on their pricing, they also went above and beyond for me and my family :) They arranged for me to pickup a Uhaul as well, which was greatly appreciated.

Braum and his amazing assistant cerissa are outstanding. I couldn t be happier in this new found facility. Braum has gone above and beyond to both accommodate and make me feel like part of the iSorage family. This office and facility is more like a bistro than a warehouse office in what it has to offer almost equal to Starbucks!!!! Yes coffee is served along with arcade games music and hospitality. It s so clean and climate controlled that I now have no more worries about the condition or safety of my possessions stored there. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to stop by and meet Braum. He s the bomb unlike no other business man. Coming and going is easy safe secure and it s really home away from home!!!!

This is my first time renting a storage unit. I have been renting for several months now. It has truly been a fantastic experience! The facility is extremely clean and very well maintained. The rental prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and helpful. The owner is available and hands on . He is especially engaged with his customers in a friendly and meaningful way. He is interested in getting to know his clients and personally strives to make sure you re happy with everything! That seems to be a rare thing these days, especially in a business like this one.
I highly recommend iStore self storage as your best option! They have video surveillance and good security protocols in place with many rental options from which to choose.

The service is bar nun better than other storages I ever rented.

Each time I go to my storage unit one of the employees has a friendly greeting and askes if everything is ok and if I need anything. This place is the best. Delilah is also a sweetheart!!!!!!!

We were moving back to Mechanicsburg from NC and needed a place to store the contents of our house until we closed on our new home. I checked the other storage facilities that I knew existed in Mechanicsburg and their prices were either high or all storage was inside. When I did a search I found iStore and they were just what we needed...a large storage unit, outside access and prices that were very reasonable. Not long after making the reservation on line, Braam called me to verify the unit would be available and told me to call if we needed anything.

Upon arrival to the facility a week later, Cerisa welcomed us as if we were one of the family. It was the simplest of check in processes. They even offer free internet and use of the bathroom facilities in the office.

We were in an out of the facility many times moving in and then moving out. Each time we were there someone from the facility would swing by and ask if we needed water or anything else.

I would highly recommend iStore Self Storage. The units are clean and modern, everyone is helpful and friendly and the facility is very secure.
