The staff is fantastic, the facilities are very clean and well lit, Climate control is top notch and the security is very reassuring. You could not find a better place to store your furniture and furnishings. Did I mention the pricing is very fair and provides great value.

Most importantly, they really ensure you have the best and safe storage. Price is very affordable to meet your budget. You won't find storage that supportive of local business. They host many charity and local business networking events. Even a venue for Green Market during summer time to ensure we have a year round green market. They are awesome in many ways.

I have utilized the facilities at Store Self Storage & Wine for numerous occasions. I have rented a storage unit which was a very seamless process, I have attended meetings in their beautiful conference room with has a TV you can hook up to a computer, and I have been invited to many events at STORE. The events, hosted by various organizations, include Expo's, networking meetups, charity fundraisers, the Green Market and a variety of Palm Beach North Chamber programs . The staff, who are ALWAYS courteous and extremely helpful, have been at STORE a long time which speaks volumes for the way they treat their guests and clients.

Very upset with this place, we secured a storage unit and not even 24hrs later I asked to cancel because I found a better deal elsewhere and out of good faith they would not refund me. I thought that was very petty for a company to do that especially in the middle of a worldwide pandemic when people are afraid of losing their jobs and not having enough money to pay their bills.
We have visited many storage facilities across the country, and this one is by far the nicest. You are welcomed by a professional team who is ready to help you, exhibiting a lot of patience and courtesy along the way. The dialogue is clear and polite, the facilities are like a spa, and the staff is available on a daily basis for their clients. Fresh baked cookies and cold water bottles are always offered. I would rate this business 5.1 Stars if I could.

I have been to the Store Self Storage & Wine Storage many times for various events. The facility is beautiful, spotless and run by staff who are warm and engaging. The conference room alone is large and can easily accommodate high end meetings. Even on the hottest of days the space is cool and inviting. Terrific sense of safety and security too.

Not your average storage facility. Feels more like you've entered into your own foyer. Of course, storage is storage, but this facility is high tech, clean, high above any possiblity of flood line and very secure. The wine storage area is a great addition to an area that sees houses without basements but with a great need for humidity controlled space. A bit pricey, however.
Drew and all the Store staff are extremely knowledgable and helpful and the wine storage facilities are first rate. We also thoroughly enjoy the wine tasting events Drew organizes.

Drew has been able to bring in wonderful wines and winemakers for private tastings and classes. His access to private sellers means that he is able to find exquisite wines and vintages that would be hard to locate elsewhere. His knowledge and customer service are fantastic.

Great Place! When I went there I was helped right away! Lynn who is one of the managers was so helpful and made the decision very easy for me! The place is very clean and is very organized. It costs a little more but based on what I can see it is worth it to have my stuff in a safe environment.
Moving is one of the most stressful things in life. Last year I personally moved over 3 times. Each time the set up and size was different requiring me to need more or less furniture. I knew I would not be able to take it all and I was not quiet ready to part ways with some of the pieces because I did not know if I would need them for the next place. I decided to check out the Self -Store because it was near to where I was living, and I wanted easy access. I was beyond impressed with the units. The hours that you have access to a unit with this type of security are outstanding. There is a gated parking lot with code access, so if you have to go to your unit late at night, you can load and unload the car safely. The units are temperature regulated so you do not have to worry about mold. The building is hurricane proof. They offer a free move in truck, which I thought was very unique and saved me some cash. The staff was great in working with me, as I needed to add a unit and eventually upgrade one larger unit. I would not store my things anywhere else. This storage facility far exceeds any others in this area.
There are not enough STARS to give Store Self Storage in Palm Beach Gardens!!! I have 3 storage units in other states and they do not even come close in service and tons of extras! Totally one of the best storage facilities I have ever seen. The staff is fantastic I am so thankful for Store self storage, my hotel had lost its internet connection and the amazing staff allowed me to use their gorgeous conference room/internet. This is just one of the ways they go above and beyond for their customers. They have covered entry and loading docks, this is needed in the very rainy state of Florida! If you are looking for a storage unit THIS IS THE PLACE TO SEE! The fresh warm cookies are an added bonus !

Been storing our wine here for years. Really like the security to include protection against extreme weather (well planned out when built to protect the wine). Also, people that work there are very nice and take good care of you. The wine events, organized by Drew, are always enjoyable and educational... he does a great job. Lastly, appreciate how well they maintain the facility and how clean it is kept.

This is, by far, the best storage facility I've ever used. SO CLEAN - like, all the time - no matter when I'm there! The climate control is perfect and it's easy to get in and out while being totally secure at the same time (you have to have a code to even get into the facility, and then there are more security features). The people are so helpful and friendly, too!

I have stored an extensive collection of fine wines with this facility for numerous years. Their facility is beyond comparison and well known internationally amongst wine collectors. The wait list is long, membership is exclusive, but the wait is WORTH IT. On site Sommelier Drew Fienberg has curated an incredible collection on my behalf and hosts some of Palm Beaches most talked about events.

My experience with this facility is slightly different than most of the wonderful comments given. I do not store anything at this amazing facility. Although I have toured the facility and seen it in all of it's luxury and certainly appreciate that as well as the covered delivery space! (It does rain in South Florida!) Personally I reserved their lovely conference room for many types of meetings and workshops. Staff could not be more hospital and it is a lovely space for our team to work and learn.
I will always be grateful for the time spent here! Thanks to all!
