We were moving back to Mechanicsburg from NC and needed a place to store the contents of our house until we closed on our new home. I checked the other storage facilities that I knew existed in Mechanicsburg and their prices were either high or all storage was inside. When I did a search I found iStore and they were just what we needed...a large storage unit, outside access and prices that were very reasonable. Not long after making the reservation on line, Braam called me to verify the unit would be available and told me to call if we needed anything.

Upon arrival to the facility a week later, Cerisa welcomed us as if we were one of the family. It was the simplest of check in processes. They even offer free internet and use of the bathroom facilities in the office.

We were in an out of the facility many times moving in and then moving out. Each time we were there someone from the facility would swing by and ask if we needed water or anything else.

I would highly recommend iStore Self Storage. The units are clean and modern, everyone is helpful and friendly and the facility is very secure.
